We came out for my husband’s 50th and to have a golf day. The hotel staff were the friendliest and most helpful! The room was perfect and the bed was incredibly comfortable! Our temps were below 50 and the outdoor hot tub was incredible! We had fabulous drinks at the Reflections bar, and though the Waterscape restaurant was closed, we still had the ability to order delicious food to our room or at Reflections. There were even some local residents who came in just for the soup! We will definitely be returning!

The room was well-appointed with very nice bedding and grooming products in the bathroom. The outdoor pool area was wonderful, with the addition of it being heated along with having a nice hot tub. Very nicely-decorated lobby, with nice Christmas accents.

The shower leaked all over the place. The ceiling fan squeaked whenever it was turned on I could not adjust the temperature, so it was 74° in norm room. The entire time.

The resort was very nice, our room was excellent. The staff were very nice and helpful, the pool looked beautiful and the hot tub was a perfect way to end the evening. My only two issues were that the bed was extremely firm (a personal preference), and I wish the water pressure was better. Other than that, it was a perfect stay. We would love to come back!

The room was in disrepair, including tile separating in the shower, room mini fridge not working properly. Entry door was not working as intended with the key card. Room service customer service was lacking and the check in area smelt of cigarettes and other strong smells. The concierge gave us the wrong directions to the room initially and wrote the incorrect directions on the envelope. There was mildew on the outdoor balcony and the chairs also smelled of cigarettes.

The room was clean and spacious. The view of the intracoastal waterway and the golf course was great. We also had dinner at Reflections downstairs and the food was very good. We will definitely stay here again.
