Marlin Quay 101 is a premium vacation destination and includes views of the ocean, the marina and Murrells Inlet! This outstanding complex has amenities that include 2 large pools, security gates, and elevators serving two units per floor. Located 2 miles south of the Garden City Pier and only a short walk to the famous Gulf Stream Cafe where a sunset dinner is a must during your stay. First floor, end unit with extra windows. Accommodates 6 with 2 king beds and a sleeper sofa. Ground level locked storage room for your beach and pool accessories. For your safety no items are to be left in the common areas or hallways outside of the condominium. Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed.

Marlin Quay is located 2 miles south of the Garden City Pier in Georgetown County. This second row, five-story complex overlooks the marina and Murrells Inlet. Enjoy breathtaking sunset views from your private balcony. Take a short walk across the street to the beach and feel the sand beneath your feet and look for souvenir seashells. Pack your bags and come down to the serenity of Garden City Beach. Marlin Quay has secured parking with security gates, elevators serving two units per floor, and two large outdoor pools (open Easter/April 1 to October 1). Two parking permits are issued per unit. There is one assigned parking space onsite and the second permit is for the lot across the street. Sorry, motorcycles, recreational vehicles, boats, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.
