Annual Golf Tourney Outing

Process was easy and affordable. Great location as we played 5 different golf courses. This downstairs unit with great parking is exactly what we needed. Will go and stay here again.

We have loved our stay in the condo of JB. Everything was as expected. It was clean, quiet, with view on the golf. JB was responsive quickly when needed. We would come back in this condo if we return in Myrtle Beach.

Cozy little villa with a great location!

We rented this property with my 2 senior parents, and our 3 kids (ages 11 months, 9, and 11 years old). This location was was centrally located to "everything" someone could be in town for: restaurants, food & grocery, downtown attractions, the beach/boardwalk, shops, etc. The property itself is decorated very cute with cozy beachy accents, only many of the appliances are outdated and can use some updating. The pillows and comforters could be a bit more comfortable for sleeping with, but beds are overall comfortable. There is a nice clean pool and BBQ just steps away from the unit and we all enjoyed that, too.

Exactly what we needed !!!!

Awesome location 10 min drive to everywhere we wanted to go . The villa was exactly like it was pictured and it was clean and spacious. There was room for all 4 of the kids and they loved being able to walk 30 seconds to the pool. There was even a few beach accessories that we were able to use. Everything in the house worked great including the WiFi. There was even enough dishes pots and utensils to keep our family fed. We really enjoyed everything about our 1st family vacation together. I highly recommend this property

Great property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It is close to all the best attractions in Myrtle Beach. Nice view of the golf course. It was the perfect place for the purpose of this trip. We were there to attend an event at the convention center. Disappointed that there is no access to a hot tub. It was too cold for it this trip, but that will prevent me from staying at this property when the weather is warm enough to enjoy a hot tub. Overall, very pleased with the property and will stay again next year.

Only thing wrong was the listing said property was new. It was not new. Had a couple of light bulbs out that we could not reach to change. Maintenance came at our convenience and changed them. Overall we were satisfied.

First Time in Myrtle Beach

Nice place to rent for golf trip. Close to golf courses and area restaurants. A few upgrades in the kitchen, bedroom furniture and water pressure in the main shower are needed, but overall, we were pleased with our stay. We would rent it again.

Good But:

Everything about the property and stay were fine with two small exceptions. The queen bed in the master was really two twins pushed together.. it made for an uncomfortable nights sleep with the seam in the middle and the two mattresses being different thicknesses. Internet access was not existent. We could all connect to the WIFI but it kept telling us connected but no internet access.. wifi is useless if it is not connected to the web.. not a huge deal but a PIA.

Simply Amazing

My family and I rented this property for a 3 day stay and we feel in love with it. Everything was amazing from check-in to check out. Everything that was listed about this property was accurate. Very nice place!

Only issues we had was the security at the place. They are very bothersome when it comes to asking for arm bands for the “pool” , which I never received so it was a pain everyday one of us would be at the pool getting hassaled about the arm band! But everything was nice, clean, spacious. The bed was a bit uncomfortable being it was 2 beds merged together for a king. Overall great stay!
