Rooms were cleaned and pool area was cleaned as well. It was a very enjoyable place to stay and my family and I really enjoyed every moment of our stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

We liked that it was easy accessibility to the beach and that the area was quiet. We were able to travel not far to restaurants and shopping. We loved that the property had smart tv’s however the bathroom in the unit needed work around the baseboards. There were no usb outlets which was disappointing. The unit was nice and the grounds were well maintained. The grounds were immaculate and everyone was so nice. We would stay here again in the future. Mr. & Mrs. White

The lights in our bathroom stopped working on our first night there. We called the next morning and they said they put in a work order. We never heard from maintenance and the lights were still not working when we left. The parking deck is also incredibly awkward to drive up and down.

nice beach rental

Hotel is in a great location. the parking situation leaves a lot to be desired… parking garage was super narrow. however the beach view and proximity to the beach was amazing. great indoor and outdoor pool space as well.

The property is an apartment! The upstairs was pretty cool. Looking out the bedroom window facing the oceans is breathtaking!!

At first we thought it was going to be fine. Then we got there and the door looked like someone had broken in and broken through the door. You have to have two hands to get into the dumb thing because she had the key in the code and turn a lock with one hand and open the door with the other kind of hard when you’re carrying anything. Then we tried to cook with the stove and it cooked so slow that it was almost not worth even trying. The whole entire time we were there it sounded like a wind tunnel or a hurricane was outside the only way that we could quiet it down was to shut the bedroom door every night. As far as we could tell there was never anybody manning the desk so we never did see anybody that could help answer any questions or anything like that. The only bright spot of the whole trip was the pool which was not crowded, but that could be because everybody else knew they shouldn’t stay there. Also, the floor was dirty and had hair all over it while gross. I could’ve dealt with that except for the fact that it was the entire floor throughout the whole entire condo tried to take a bath and the drain was broke, so the tub wouldn’t hold any water all in all I would have to say after spending almost $900 to stay there it was a complete and utter rip off, and I would not recommend it to anyone else

We stay there and no AC like it was mentioned rude owners in other room was given a letter from one the other resident complaining during not quiet time but regular hours that are children were running up the stairs but it was a 2 story room and the kids had to get to their room and so did my husband and I. They kept saying they would fix the cooler and never did. I use a room temperature app and found on the thermostat was not right it said 70 degrees when it was really 80 degrees there was no windows upstairs so there was no air flow. The pollen came and due me having keep the balcony door open the pollen was getting in condo my allergies acted up and my face was swollen and had go to the doctor to get seen and I am pregnant. My husband is disabled on heart meds and was sweating in his sleep and was making him real sick. The travel insurance was suppose to place us in a new place and we didn't get moved to another so we we were given a stay that was as mentioned in the ad that included ac. And my children we also hot and got sick also. It was a nice place just a real hot nice place. I won't be staying there ever again.

Not the cleanest. Cabinet door in room 1511 of Ocean Forest Resort/Condo above dishwasher was broken & about to fall off..we better not be charged for this! Any more people than 2 cannot fit comfortably. Parking is a nightmare. Was across the street from the beach, not what we consider “beachfront”. Good location though.
