As of Spring 2026, this home has recently been elevated with a series of thoughtful upgrades that enhance both its comfort and overall appeal. In two of the bedrooms, full sized beds have replaced the previous bunk beds, offering a more spacious and relaxing sleeping experience. Throughout the home, all carpeting has been removed and replaced with beautiful hardwood and laminate flooring, creating a clean, modern aesthetic that flows seamlessly from room to room. The outdoor deck provides the perfect setting to unwind and enjoy the coastal air. Adding to the home’s charm, unique stained-glass windows that were once only visible from the outside are now featured inside the master bedroom and stairwell, bringing in character and a touch of artistic detail.



The upgrades continue with inviting enhancements designed for both relaxation and entertainment. Guests can enjoy a newly designed seating area in the parking space, complete with a mounted TV, creating a fun and casual spot to gather after a day at the beach. The main deck features updated furniture, while the upper deck offers additional seating for a more private and peaceful retreat. A brand-new grill makes outdoor dining easy and enjoyable, perfect for evenings spent with family and friends. Inside, every bedroom along with the main living area is equipped with brand-new Samsung TVs, and the kitchen has been upgraded with added conveniences such as a Keurig, air fryer, and blender, making your stay as comfortable and effortless as possible.

Guests will also appreciate the private closet and direct access to the ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom is thoughtfully designed with a double vanity sink, built in storage, a spacious standing shower, and a toilet, creating a relaxing and convenient space to start or end your day.



Also located on the first level is a half bathroom, complete with a sink, mirror, and toilet for added convenience.



Upstairs, the second level features the remaining bedrooms and bathrooms, each offering comfort and privacy for guests. The second bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, dresser with a flat screen TV, an end table, and access to the balcony, providing a quiet place to step outside and enjoy the coastal air. This room features an attached full bathroom with a standing shower, vanity, mirror, and toilet, which also connects to the third bedroom. The third bedroom includes a full sized bed along with its own closet, dresser, and TV.



The fourth bedroom features another queen-sized bed, dresser, and flat screen TV, along with access to a nearby bathroom that includes a tub and shower combination, vanity, mirror, and toilet. This bathroom also includes a closet for additional storage and provides access to the balcony. The fifth bedroom offers a full sized bed and a private closet, making it another comfortable and flexible sleeping space.



An additional full bathroom on the second floor provides even more convenience, featuring a vanity with ample storage, a tub and shower combination with a glass sliding door, and a toilet.

This home features a ramp from the garage area to the main level. While it does not meet ADA requirements for a wheelchair-accessible ramp, it does provide added convenience for moving items such as luggage, groceries, and coolers.



To make your stay as easy as possible, all linens, bedding, towels, and bath essentials are provided. Guests will also receive starter toiletries including toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner so you can arrive and begin enjoying your vacation right away.



Please note that this property is not pet friendly and no pets are allowed. Any evidence of pets will result in fines or immediate removal from the property.

Security is 24/7 and strictly enforced. You must be on a list and have a pass to even enter the campground. This is a great thing! The strict entry rules combined with the numerous security personnel will make you feel SAFE at Ocean Lakes Campground.

* Parking permits, obtained at the park Office, allow you authorized entrance and access to amenities to the park during your stay. Permits are $15 a day (per vehicle) or $12 a day if paid more than 2 weeks in advance of check-in date, and must be displayed in the windshield for security to observe.
