POOLS NOT HEATED

In close proximity to the airport, fine dining, shopping, and movies at Market Commons, the family-friendly Boardwalk Resort will quickly become your preferred home away from home for years to come! There are many attractions closeby and within walking distance! You will quickly see why we say this is centrally located.

I highly recommend using ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft. There is also Turo

Property was run down and did not have half the things listed in the amenities. While there was a pot and pan, there was no stove to use them on. From the condition of it, we were afraid to use the in room coffee pot and there was no where else on the property to get coffee.The pool had signs saying the property wasn't responsible for discolored swim suits which is a big red flag that they do not maintain their pool chemicals properly.In general the property was run down and we left after one night of a three day booking. While they did refund some of our money, please note that it was only room rental and no part of the fees or taxes.The name of the property and rental company were not disclosed until after booking so it was difficult to research in advance.Overall a big disappointment. Cannot recommend.
The condo itself was fine. It was clean and functional, just what we expected, having stayed at this location before (different condos). We enjoyed the ocean front view immensely. However, the pool, restaurant and pool bar were closed. No one disclosed that up front or we would have booked elsewhere. My main dissatisfaction was that the process with Big Fish Rentals was onerous and difficult to get signed in and verified. Numerous "chatty" annoying emails being sent constantly with many requests, rules and regulations plus offers of paid extras like early check in, late check out, flowers, etc. The link to verify my ID and credit card wasn't working so, while driving 10 hours there, had to do numerous online entries and emails plus send a selfie with me holding the credit card and ID. Really? Perhaps they have been burned in the past but we have stayed in Myrtle many times and have never had so much hassle to just finalize our stay and then check out. And the kicker was that for all the detailed requirements and penalty threats coming from Big Fish, they didn't tell us up front about all the amenities being closed and didn't even have our parking pass ready. Had to ask the front desk twice if they could please print one since it was not in the room. We kept asking about the pool passes (before we found out the pool was closed) but finally got the response that we did not even need them!. Unfortunately, if we see Big Fish Rental in the future, we will not book there.
