Welcome to Caribbean Resort 307, a 3-bedroom, 2-bath oceanfront condo located at Caribbean Resort & Villas in beautiful Myrtle Beach. Situated on the 3rd floor, this freshly renovated retreat offers spectacular views of the blue Atlantic along with stylish coastal upgrades throughout. Recently updated with new luxury vinyl plank flooring, refreshed lighting, smooth ceilings, modern décor, new living room furniture, and fresh paint, this condo combines comfort and contemporary beach charm. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, full-size appliances, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. The open-concept living area includes a 50" smart TV, comfortable seating, and direct access to the oversized oceanfront balcony — perfect for enjoying sunrise coffee and ocean breezes. A washer and dryer are included for added convenience.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, oceanfront views, and private balcony access. The second bedroom includes two double beds, while the third bedroom offers one queen bed. Beds and rooms were very clean. The only downside was either the pipes above the room or people above were very loud the entire time. Being right on the beach was extremely convenient and beautiful. Very spacious for 6 people. Also, indoor pool/kiddie pool was a great plus.

Wonderful place for vacation stay

We had family in Myrtle Beach for my granddaughter’s cheer competition. The condo was perfect! Very nice, clean, easy to find. Great beach access and nice pools. We will be coming back.

When we go to Myrtle Beach for softball, we always stay at the Caribbean. This is the first time we have used this specific condo and it was amazing as always. The check-in process was super fast and easy, everything was waiting for us and ready to go when we got there so we didn't have to wait in line to check in. Would absolutely rent through this again

Amazing beach condo!

We have stayed in Myrtle beach, at least twice a year for the last 20 years. I think we have used every beach rental company in town, this condo is one of the best we have ever stayed in. Even luxury rentals usually have major issues, this condo does not. It is very well maintained ,I was very impressed and happy with our stay! 5 stars!

Fall birthday get away

This condo was magnificent. It had a walk out balcony from the master bedroom and living room, that over looked the ocean. The morning sunrise was breathtaking! The sound of the ocean lulled us to sleep every night. The rooms all were meticulously maintained. I would definitely come here afain.
