You can also use the directory code 00007. It will call our office, and then we will press 9 to let you through. Once you get through the gate and into the condo, there is a lanyard with a keycard that can be used for the duration of your stay to get through the gate. IF THIS KEY CARD IS NOT LEFT IN THE UNIT AT YOUR DEPARTURE OR IF YOU LOSE/MISPLACE IT DURING YOUR STAY, YOU WILL BE FINED $150 TO REPLACE THE CARD.

Condo was perfect for my son and I for his baseball tournament. Kitchen appliances all new and washer/dryer worked well. Main room TV is on the small side and did not have cable, but we managed. No frills but everything was great, instructions on arrival were good and going out to the dock was a nice calming way to end the day.
This condo needs some tlc and updating to be a premium property. Needs a deep cleaning and fresh area rugs , window treatments etc. Would have been nice if Keurig coffee maker had been functioning. Stove top was absolutely filthy. Ice maker not working.
Very cozy condo. Balcony overlooking green on numer two hole was quiet and entertaining. Did not notice the door code should have included the check mark but staff very helpful.
Cutlery and wine glasses could use improvement as well some oven mitts. We would certainly book this again. Thanks.
The condo was great. The location was great. My family enjoyed our stay. However, I was very unhappy about how management addressed my issue regarding the difficulty I had with gaining entry onto the gated property the night we arrived. I arrived at the property at10 pm with my 2 daughters and couldnât find the gate code to get in. Long story short after 30 min of trying to find the gate code ⊠I called security and we got in. The next morning I called to let the rental company know about the difficulty we experienced with trying to get in the night before. The first person apologized because they didnât see where I had been emailed the needed info. I thanked her⊠and she sent my call to the manager on duty. The manager brought to my attention that I was infact sent the gate code info in an email a month prior to our trip on the same day that I made the reservation. I didnât recall getting the email, but I thanked her for pointing out my error and apologized for my mistake. I then nicely said⊠âIâd like to make a suggestion, it would be helpful if the gate code could come in the same email with the door entry code or at least please remind the customer that the gate code was sent the day the reservation was made.â The woman I spoke with told me, and I quote, âwe donât have to send reminders because we have already sent the gate code in the email when the reservation was confirmed.â So I then reminded her I was making a suggestion and wanted my suggestion noted. Then she said, âno one else had ever had trouble getting into the property because all of their other customers PRINTED OUT THEIR REGISTRATION INFORMATION and brought it with them.â I replied saying⊠â I couldnât imagine anyone printing out reservation info in 2021, because most people used their smart phones to look up info needed for checking in.â I am usually a calm and agreeable person, but the comments from this manager were unnecessary and condescending. My stay was still enjoyable even though the managers comments were unnecessary and frustrating.
