Best birthday ever

I love this place! I would like to add some more feedback though, I think that y’all should update the furniture as well as the cookware. It’s a little outdated as far as showers and stuff. But, all in all the place was really close to everything that was going on. Very affordable!

The condo was nice. Although the appliances and carpet were older, it was clean and had enough space for our family to be comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. There were only two issues. Some of the blinds in various rooms were either missing or would fall down when we tried to open them and when it rained, one of the windows leaked in the sitting area. The unit was close to the beach with a five minute walk for adults.

The whole house was filthy Dirty towels all on the floors Bed weren't clean WAS NOT READY BEDS dirty dishes in the the sink. Checked in was at 4:00 But we had to wait till 7:00 once we got in the property we immediately call the property manager to tell them to come clean They told us we had to wait cause they was behind So wa waited till 7:00

Great place

Close to beach (walking distance), having a washer/dryer/dishwasher definitely made it nice, quiet/nice little complex, and the reasons I'm giving 4 ⭐ is bc yes the home could be updated on few things/cleaned underneath beds, couches, etc, had to have someone come look at the wifi/tvs, got the TV's working but didn't have wifi all week, but overall my family loved it!

Paint peeling off the walls in the bedroom. Water leaking in the bathroom from the light fixture. Plug ins at both vanities not working. The unit was not very clean. Chair was broken. Couch arm was broken. Parking was not a guaranteed spot. You pay $20 for parking however they only guarantees you don’t get towed. Several times we had to park in another parking lot. Very short walk to the beach. Pool and hot tub were close and clean.

The property was convenient to the amenities you need. Short walk to the beach, pier (restaurant & bar), shops, couple of small restaurants. Nice having 2 pools & a restaurant on site. The property comfortably sleeps 4 easily. Nice having 2 full bathrooms.

Perfect location! Room could use a little furniture update

We had the best vacation! Perfect weather and this condominium is close to everything! Could use a overall makeover. The place looks doesn’t give out that beachy vibe. The furniture look is outdated. The blinds have slats missing . The dryer is a fire hazard. Doesn’t stop when you open the door. The master bath water runs cold. If the owner would put in the above mentioned changes we would stay every year. Get a interior designer, new dryer and a plumber to get hot water to the master bathroom. Charge a bit more to pay for the updates. I would pay because the location was everything!

Great location

Great location to beach. Less than 5 min walk. Great access to EVERYTHING you may think you need and want. Property had everything one would need. Just would suggest updated living room furniture and pull up carpets in rooms. Overall great experience. Would return again if I couldn’t find a more modern unit.

Clean and cozy

Had small issue with AC the first night...however, as soon as we called, someone came to fix it within a few hours. The apt was clean and cozy. Close to beach, shopping and entertainment. My only suggestion would be to have more towels (2 per person staying and kitchen towels). Other than that we were very satisfied with our stay.

Arcadia Dunes 02-208

The pools are nice at Arcadia Dunes, and its a great location. Our condo, though, needed some attention. There were many slats missing from the vertical blinds in our bedrooms, so we had to cover the windows with blankets found in the closets. The blinds in the living room were worse. Also, when we asked for extra wash cloths, we didn't receive them for several hours.

Met my expectations and decent

The condo was clean with a few old things but working. The cooking utensils are older so I just washed them. They give you laundry detergent, dish soap, toiletries, towels and paper towels come in after 3 pm. The pool is big and has a big area with shade. The area has a lot of parking. Wifi and cable were excellent. For the most part the area was quiet, family friendly, and clean. I would rerecommend it as the place is affordable, has a lot of space and the place is decent. Customer service over the phone is great but check in they're a little more rude but I would recommend to call.
