convenient and thoughtful for small children

Our family ranged from grandparents to a two toddlers. The location was perfect for going to the beach with toddlers, playing golf, shopping at the outlet mall, and groceries. The backyard pool was fun as was the play area. Games for the older kids and adults added to entertainment. There were enough cooking supplies as well as dinnerware. This was a ‘find’ for family time at the beach.

Family Vacation

The house was exactly as it shows in the pictures. It was a short walk to the beach (approx 10 min). Pool at house was nice and relaxing. Property manager was fast to respond to any question we had. Overall met our expectations and would stay again.

This home was perfect for our family getaway. Quiet and clean neighborhood. Short distance to the beach. They even provide a wagon to help you take your beach must haves. Kiddos enjoyed the game room in the evening. They have everything you need to enjoy the pool , floats , beach towels and chairs also plenty of shade in the back yard by the pool.

Relaxing Beach Getaway

Nice home with plenty of bedrooms, exactly as described. The pool was heated which was necessary in late March and we had lots of fun in it. There were lots of leaves constantly in the pool but I don't think there's much you can do about that with all the trees. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and a short drive to the beach. We never walked but it would be quite a hike with a bunch of beach stuff, maybe half a mile. Will hopefully stay again with my family!

Amazing Beach Stay

Absolutely beautiful home. Stylish yet very comfortable atmosphere this home gives.There were so many thoughtful things in this space, such as charging stations, clothes hangers, water, and the fully stocked kitchen. The pool was clean and delightful at night because of the fully lit backyard. It has a great office space for me to work remotely, and a cool playhouse for the kids. It's the perfect place for any occasion. We could easily walk to the beach and it is very close to restaurants and shopping!We will definitely stay here again!

Great vacation location!

We had a great time at this property. We had some minor issues at start of our stay that were promptly resolved. The property manager was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. It was nice to be able to walk to the beach and we appreciated the wagon, beach chairs, and umbrellas that were provided. We had a great time with the pool as well, it was a big hit with the kids! They also really loved the bunk beds and the air hockey table. Overall we really had a great time here! :)

Family Vacation

The neighborhood is quiet. The property was clean, roomy and well equipped. We traveled with 7 adults and 4 children. There was enough parking for our 3 vehicles. The house had plenty of room for everyone. It would be nice if there was another full bath. The pool was the highlight and was where most of the time was spent. The outdoor playset and grill were added bonuses. The game room was nice. Plenty of variety. We did have issues with the downstairs thermostat. The beach is within walking distance, however, for those of us with mobility issues, it was not ideal. We could not park at the beach. That meant, someone had to drive us to the beach, drive back to the property, then walk back to the beach and vice versa. The beach was perfect because it was quiet and not overcrowded. Communication with the property manager Mary was excellent. She always responded quickly. The Pros definitely outweighed the Cons, so for that, the property still gets a 5 of out 5. I would recommend it and would stay again.
