Mystic Magical Sunsets awaits your arrival

A magical cottage within 1 mile walking distance from train station and downtown historical Mystic. The Williams Beach, a public beach is located across the street, local restaurants and shopping are walking distance away.
You will enjoy watching the sunrises and sunsets from your deck.
Short driving distance away you find The Mystic Seaport, Mystic Aquarium, Stonington Borough and Watch Hill, Ri.
The cottage has all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay in the Picturesque Mystic area.

The cottage consist of two bedrooms, two baths ( with walk-in shower, one with tub shower. The living room couch opens up to a full bed. All linens are provided. A fully furnish kitchen with a dining area that seats six, along with full size washer/dryer.
A deck off sliding doors allows for out door dining and a gas grill is provided. You will enjoy your evening sitting around the granite fire pit.

You have use of the entire house

I live nearby and I am a phone call or text away

Close to downtown Mystic and all Mystic has to offer. We are less than 10 minutes away from Rhode Island and there many beautiful beaches.

You can walk into town but it is recommended to have a car. Also the train station is less than a mile walk away.

You can walk to the beach, great breakfast spot, playground and the best seafood store is minutes away. PS it has the least expensive and the best lobster roll in the area ( get there early)
Check-Out Check-List
We hope you have enjoyed your stay at our home. Please note that check out time is promptly at 10 am on the date of your designated check out. You must be out of the home by 10am, NO LATER. If you are still in the home after 11 am, you will be charged a $250.00 fee.
Before you leave, we have some housekeeping requirements that need to be completed. We are strict in this policy, as its helps our housekeeper prepare for our next guests and helps you avoid any additional cleaning fees.
_____ Remove all used sheets from the beds, gather all towels and any other linen items and place them in the laundry basket by the washer in the front hallway.
Please do not leave any wet towels on the hardwood floor or hardwood floor or wood furniture.
_____ Remove all trash from the home and dispose in the provided garbage containers located outside under the carport.. Please place only garbage in the container with yellow bags and cans, bottles plastic, newspaper in the second container.
_____ Run all dirty dishes through the dishwasher. Wipe down countertops and stove.
_____During the fall/winter, set the heat to 55 degrees.
____ During spring/summer, turn off the air conditioning.
____Close all windows

AMAZING!! The home itself was beautiful- we stayed with our 2 dogs - well laid out - all the amenities were beautiful- the bed and linens perfect. The view was gorgeous- so peaceful- I did a 3 .5 mile round trip walk to Enders Island every morning. We visited Mystic - Misquamicut beach 8 miles away. Visited Foxwoods 8 miles away. We have stayed at many places on Vrbo - this one is our new “home away from home” Fran was perfect always available via text if needed. Thank you so very much Fran for allowing us to stay. Cannot wait to come back-The Marsden’s - Doug, Renee & our 2 pups Sadie and Cato

Perfect Mystic getaway

Beautiful view, very convenient location to all area attractions. House was spacious and clean with plenty of towels provided. Each bedroom has a TV and a good-sized closet. Our group (4 adults) visited during an extreme heat wave so sadly didn't get to enjoy the lovely deck and fire pit. Host was fast to respond to messages and very accommodating and helpful. Would highly recommend and love to visit again!

We had a wonderful time staying at the house! We enjoyed a mixture of wonderful nearby restaurants and relaxing meals at the house. The bedrooms were super comfortable and the living room and outside areas were wonderful for reading and socializing. The kitchen was beautiful and had everything we needed. Wonderful little getaway house...we'll be back!

Overall, this property was what my traveling companion and I had looked for for many years. We tried a number of locations in Mystic/Stonington over time and this was by far the best. Clean accommodations, great water view, proximity to everything, quiet, safe. One suggestion: please consider putting some sort of non-slip material on the bottom of the bathtub with the shower. It really is a slip/fall hazard with the smooth surface.

Heater would not stay on. Some linens, bedspread & towels were not clean and/or stained. Gas Fireplace did not work all the time. Rugs on floor needed to be cleaned. One window in living room would not lock. One bedroom mattress had a big worn sunken dip that we had to fill it with towels. Great location to shops & places to eat. The sofa was very uncomfortable.

The house was perfect, everything we needed was available for use. It’s just a short drive to town and restaurants. The views are spectacular, beautiful sunsets every night. We met Fran, the property manager, and she was very friendly and gave recommendations on restaurants in the area. We would definitely stay here again.
