Wasn’t no shade over pool , no music or interaction throughout the day except when water aerobics was on, poor service from azure we order afternoon teas and waited over 1hour and never received it when I went back they had just forgotten. No sun lounges available every one taken before 8.30 . Over priced restaurants and had the worst experience when I ordered room service but in saying that they did send a free dessert as compensation and didn’t charge for the inconvenience. Overall ok but I wouldn’t stay there again

Room was not clean with no toilet paper at all upon entry on day one, patio furniture was dirty from previous people with marks on the table from glasses and glass walls with marks clearly not cleaned well from previous guests. Breakfast Buffett had lots of variety but food did not look fresh and appetizing. Fresh fruit variety few with more canned fruit. Service very poor with waiters taking too long to bring coffee or anything asked to help with. Should have more servers. This place did not meet my expectations will not go back there again.

Hotel severely understaffed, cannot cater for big groups and peak periods. Most staff are friendly, but service is severely slow! Rooms not serviced on some days to 4pm. Restaurants, food and drinks can take about an hour or more to get served or guests are turned down from restaurants whilst external visitors are catered. Children’s pool is not attended, incident with little girl requiring to be resuscitated. After incident, pool was still not manned by any life guards. Tour Management desk severely overpriced and overcharged us on transfers until brought to attention. Hotel is equivalent to 5 star, however service is equivalent to 2-3 star. Fourth time in Fiji, first time in Crown, not a hotel we will be returning too.

the crown plaza property is really good. clean. staff is very helpful and always cheerful. the breakfast was ok. there were many options but every day almost same thing. no big variety. but food quality was good. indian food items were not that great but continental part of the breakfast was good.

By far the best resort I stayed at. This accommodation has exceptional facilities, great food options and is walking distance to a well stocked supermarket. One really does not have to leave the resort as the pools, beach, facilities like spa & gym as well as the F&B outlets provide everything needed and more. Loved the breakfast buffet which had a large variety of food options and a number of live cooking stations. We also enjoyed the swim up bar and the high quality sun loungers. However, the best thing about this place was hands down the staff. Every single person we encountered was extremely friendly, hospitable and just positive through and through. People often made an effort to actively engage with us guests, in every hallway or corner of the hotel. We were blown away by the kindness and happy vibe we got. We had one minor complaint which was dealt with efficiently and in a professional manner which we appreciated. We had the best time and can’t wait to stay here again!

The resort is amazing! All staff were super nice and helpful, buffet breakfast was awesome, from cold meat and cheeses, pancakes to curries. Spa treatments- amazing.
