Escape to the tranquil surroundings of Gozo at our premium 3-storey holiday home with stunning views of the Mediterranean sea and sunsets over an authentic Gozitan village. Guests enjoy the private use of the incredible rooftop terrace with a glass edge pool and outdoor BBQ/dining area. The designer interior comes equipped with a full kitchen, 4K Smart TV, A/C in every bedroom and WiFi. The peaceful location is just a 5-minute walk from San Blas Bay and a 7-minute drive from sandy Ramla bay.
THE SPACE
Our San Blas holiday home is the perfect base for a tranquil weekend break or a relaxing family holiday. Spend your days enjoying the spectacular 360° sea and village views from the roof terrace, soaking up the Mediterranean sun in the private pool and dining al-fresco in the long summer evenings. Situated in a peaceful street just minutes away from the famous San Blas Bay and a short drive from the bustling restaurants & bars of Nadur village square, you'll be in the heart of a favourite getaway spot for locals!
From the moment you step inside our comfortable holiday home, it welcomes you with a completely open plan living and dining area, modern facilities throughout and a fully equipped kitchen giving that real cosy "home away from home" feeling!
Set over 3-storeys, the house is perfectly sized and equipped to accommodate a group of friends or a family of 7 persons in complete comfort for any length of stay. There are three bedrooms with a total of 5 beds over 1-triple bedroom (queen double bed + day bed), 1-double bedroom and 1-twin bedroom (2 single beds). You will find a total of 2 large bathrooms with 1 located on each floor. The first family bathroom comes complete with a bathtub/shower and the second bathroom is equipped with a spacious walk-in shower cubicle. Our space can comfortably sleep 7-adults and a folding baby cot/crib can be provided upon request. All bedrooms come equipped with brand-new dual air-conditioning (cool or heat), so you can be sure of a good nights sleep in any weather.
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals including a full oven & gas stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, blender, kettle, pots & pans, dishes, coffee maker and all the essential cooking utensils. Guests can relax and dine in the bright living/dining area as well as enjoy dining outdoors on the roof terrace which comes equipped with a gas BBQ, cooking utensils and full lighting. A washing machine, clothes drying rack, iron and ironing board are also available.
The living area is the perfect place to relax and features a 43" JVC 4K Smart TV with Netflix (account provided)/Amazon Prime Video (account provided)/Youtube/Chromecast/Local TV) and a super comfortable "L-shaped" sofa. Fast WiFi (80mbps) is available in all areas of the house thanks to the MESH system. You may also connect laptops or other devices to the TV via HDMI cable.
For those that like to curl up in bed with their favourite series/movie, the master bedroom (bedroom 1) is equipped with a 32" 4K Smart TV that can be used to stream Netflix, Amazon Prime and Youtube with all accounts provided.
The roof terrace features a private glass edge swimming pool which enjoys amazing views directly over the Mediterranean sea, an authentic village scape and if you're lucky a sunset or two! The pool is maintained and treated all year round however do keep in mind that like all outdoor pools in Gozo, it is not heated so it can get chilly during the winter months.
In the outdoor area, guests will have PRIVATE use of all the following features and equipment:
- 50m2 Rooftop terrace with 360° sea and village views.
- Swimming pool with glass edge railing.
- Dining table and chairs for 6-persons.
- 3 Sunloungers with drinks table.
- Gas BBQ with cooking utensils (gas provided).
- Full outdoor lighting and pool light.
Licensed and accredited by the Malta Tourism Authority.
GUEST ACCESS
You will have completely private use of this 3-bedroom holiday home and all of its outdoor areas/facilities. You will NOT share any parts of the house or outdoor spaces with anyone outside your group. The property is accessed from a private street entrance and comprises 3 floors.

THE LOCATION
Our holiday home enjoys a peaceful location at the edge of Nadur village overlooking the Mediterranean sea and San Blas Bay. Situated at the end of a rural street in the picturesque Gozo village of Nadur, steeped in history and set among traditional houses and real farming locals. It's just a 5-minute walk to San Blas Bay and a 4-minute drive to the bustling village square where you can find a selection of fantastic restaurants, local bars and a small shop. All the essential amenities such as a supermarket, a pharmacy, ATM and public transport can be found within a few minutes drive around the village. A small mini-market can be found within a 2-minute walk from the house. There is a bus stop within a 2-minute walk from the house that can take you to the ferry terminal or the "capital" of the island, Victora. Enjoy a unique mix of sunny Mediterranean tranquillity and bustling village life.
GETTING AROUND
Public transport in Gozo is an economical and efficient way of getting around, almost all areas of the island are accessible by bus. The nearest bus stop from the apartment is called "Wistin" which is served by the 303 bus to/from the capital Victoria and Gozo Ferry terminal. You can also catch the big red "Hop On - Hop Off" buses from the dedicated stop on the village square of Nadur. There is no private parking garage at the property however due to the quiet location you can usually find free parking on the street directly outside or at worst within a 1-minute walk.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE
This home may not be suitable for persons with limited mobility due to the number of stairs/floors in the property.
We wish to make guests aware that a neighbour has informed us that they intend to make a partial reconstruction of their house starting from 11/04/22. While the neighbour's property is not directly connected to our holiday home, you may experience some daytime noise being generated from this work. If you are particularly sensitive to this kind of noise then I do recommend choosing a different property from our portfolio.
