There was leaking under water sink and needed to be fixed next day. Some floors under renovation, very noisily at day time. Even you paid the daily parking fee, no daily pass been given, need to bring the ticket to front desk every time.

First Visit to Nagasaki
The staff was really wonderful at the hotel. Even though we don't speak Japanese, we were able to communicate on basic essentials. The beds were hard like bricks and the pillows were unlike Western standard, but again it's Japan and we have found that hotels in this regard are very hit or miss over the year that we have lived here. The buffet breakfast was acceptable. The size of our room for a family of 4 (two very little kiddos and two giant parents) was spacious by any standard. The location was good for attractions. We have a van and can't speak to the train, street car, or bus access for exploring the city. History buffs may find Nagasaki very interesting. We found it depressing and dull.

Large rooms about 10 mins walk from station
About 10 minutes walk from the side of the station the airport bus stops at. Well located to walk across to the cable car or catch a tram on the main road to the peace park. Large reception area including luggage storage, large rooms compared to the Japanese norm, well equipped with tea / coffee making, air conditioning, plenty of plug sockets at the desk and bed, panoramic city views, all the toiletries you can think of and additional tables and chairs. Fast wifi and everything quiet.

Good hotel find in Nagasaki
Excellent breakfast, nice location near JR station, tram and bustop. Free shuttle to Nagoya ropeway. Would recommend to friends and relatives travelling to Nagasaki. On stop to a Bus terminal hub and mall with plenty of restaurant options.
