House was perfectâŠrealty agency poor (RESORTS REALTY)
We had 3 adult couples and a single adult with 5 kids under 8 years old. When looking to book, this house looked perfectâŠand it was actually exactly what we needed, with 4 âadult bedroomsâ (king beds) & 2 bunk style rooms. Check in was listed at ânot before 4pmâ which was accurate, but didnât realize we had to wait until 530pm to actually get in. Every door on the property was unlocked except the coded door on the ground level.(this was every sliding door into bedrooms and the front door itself). The WiFi code left for us was not correct. Realty office closed at that time. The place was filthy with black mold under the rim of all toilets, bugs/dust under beds, counters not wiped and floors with all kinds of debris. Called the realty office to ask about a walk through to survey the damage I saw upon arrival and go through the house to see the poor cleanliness and received a call back the next day to apologize. Then, unannounced, a woman shows up in the afternoon saying she is the housekeeper and wants access to the house to clean. I had already cleaned the night before. When I called again to realty company to ask why I wasnât given a heads up about the housekeeper coming, the manager said that if I hadnât been there to let her in, the housekeeper had my house code and would have entered the property without my knowledge. Rented for 7 days, and had unannounced strangers arrive 4 times (pest control, pool maintenance, lawn service and grill guy). The only person who we knew about was the guy who takes trash down 2 days a week. At check out, which is promptly at 10am, there was a guy in a trunk sitting out front making sure we were out at 10 and not a moment later, who pulled into the driveway while we were still pulling out.
GREAT PROPERTY BUT POOR MANAGEMENT OF HOUSE!! Would not recommend Resort Realty or the housekeeping company
