Pet-friendly. Note: The house has a full-size bed in the loft area of the living room that can be used for extra sleeping space (although not recommended for small children).

Beachy Keen
Perfect size for our extended family of 8. The quick walk across the court to the beach with direct access was a must for us. We enjoyed our time sitting on the deck and playing games we brought in the garage area. The air conditioning kept us plenty cool during the 90 degree weather and the fan we brought for the loft bedroom helped to circulate the air.

Location was fantastic. House had lots of room for everyone, and very comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with necessary cooling tools. The house could use minor cosmetic updates.
