Get ready to relax at "Brught Thru" (SNH-44). Beautiful 6 bedroom, 5 full and 2 half bath house, with all the amenities! Large private pool (may be heated for an extra fee), with covered deck and pool bar, private hot tub, Rec. room and Pet Friendly!!! . Sleep well in one of the 3 King Master Bedrooms all with private bathrooms and TVs, Large top-level wrap around deck. Plus, super quick walk to the beach - this house has it all!!

Outside: Large Private Heated Pool Pool (12x28), Hot Tub, Outside shower, Gas Grill.

Ground Level: Game room sitting area, flat screen Roku TV and foosball, Multi-Cade Game Machine, Half Bath, wet bar with full size refrigerator, laundry room with washer and dryer. Master Bedroom with 2 Twin Beds.

Mid Level: 2 King MBRs w/ Roku TVs, Queen bedroom w/ TV shares Jack 'n' Jill bathroom w/ Duobunk bedroom w/ TV.

Top Level: Large, open kitchen with center island (4), dining area (8) Wifi bar, with great sunset views, 8 bar stools, full size fridge, sunset deck, Half bath, Great room w/ flat screen Roku TV, Gas fireplace, Large, wrap around, ocean facing deck. King MBR w/ ROKU Tv, deck access.

Extras: Private Heated Pool (12x28) can be heated for $425 plus tax for May & Sept. or $600 plus tax for April/October
2025 Pool Dates 3/29/2025 - 10/24/2025. 2026 Pool Dates: 03/28/2026 - 10/23/2026. Hot Tub, Gas Fireplace, Multi-cade video game, foosball, 8TVs w/ ROKU streaming, wireless HS Internet access, outside shower, gas grill, 3 refrigerators. Parking: 6 Vehicles. No Smoking. Pets OK for additional $210 pet fee (2 dogs max). Distance to beach: 250 yards. Bed Linens Provided. Saturday Turn-over Bed linens are provided. Bath towels may be rented for $7 a set.

Cancellations: If, after your initial payment, you need to cancel your reservation, every attempt will be made to re-rent the property. All notices of cancellation must be in writing. If the property is re- rented at full price, you will receive a full refund of moneys paid, less a $150 cancellation fee, travel insurance premium (if purchased) and all applicable taxes. If the property is able to be re-rented, but at a discounted rate from what was paid, you will be refunded your rental payment, less the difference in the rental rate and the $150 cancellation fee. If the property is not able to be re-rented, you will forfeit all moneys paid to this reservation.

The check-in process was wonderful! The house was very clean and was ready before the 4pm check-in time. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, the walk to the beach was short, the pool was great! Our experience was wonderful. We would book this house for next year except for the fact that Mother and sister had a hard time with the stairs. I would recommend this house in a hearbeat!!

Perfect Spring Break Getaway

We chose this home because of the number of bedrooms and because of the size of the home. The heated pool and hot tub were terrific because the ocean was still a little cool. The house was clean and the perfect size for our group. The 3 levels of decks that almost surround the entire home were wonderful to enjoy the sunrise and sunsets. We had a special visitor on the 3rd floor railing a couple mornings in the form of a unique bird and a deer relaxing in the shade in the back yard. We called about a tv that died early in the week and it was replaced with a brand new one the next morning. Excellent service and very friendly. We will recommend Leslie’s to everyone. Thank You for a great family vacation.

5-Star OBX Rental!

I've been coming to the Outer Banks for 50 years, and this house, by far, has been one of THE BEST we have ever stayed in! First, it was impeccably clean! Second, all of the light bulbs worked (a little pet peeve of mine!). Third, the kitchen was VERY WELL equipped with all of the things you really need! We also really appreciated the second refrigerator on the top floor! The covered seating area by the pool was another really nice feature on sunny afternoons! And the location is SO GREAT! Short walk to the beach and the traffic on the beach road in South Nags Head is not as busy. In short, we LOVED this house! It was very obvious that the owner invests in and takes care of the property. So many of the houses you rent are not in great shape because they are used hard. Would highly recommend this place and we had a really wonderful experience with Leslie & Cora!

Obx paradise!

We had a blast at this place! The house extremely clean and was fully equipped with everything we coulda asked for! The kitchen was fully stocked with small appliances, utensils, coffee pot, etc. The pool area was fairly large and comfortably accommodated all nine of us. The beach was a stones throw away, extremely clean and mostly private. We just got home and are already planning to come back next year. Thanks for a wonderful time! :)

Beautiful house in perfect location

This was a clean, comfortable, and modern house. You could see both the ocean and the sound from the top deck, so you can enjoy both the sunrise and sunset! The kids loved the video game and foosball table on the first level. The whole family loved this house. We would definitely come back again.
