From the decks of the 'Flip Flop Inn' you will enjoy the outstanding views and roaring surf of the Atlantic ocean as well as the gorgeous sunsets over Jockey's Ridge. Our beach cottage is well appointed with stylish and comfortable furnishings, three master suites, plenty of deck furniture on the covered and sun decks and a large variety of games, puzzles and books for family time. The well equipped kitchen will satisfy even gourmet cooks. You will also find a high chair and Pack'n'Play. Watch unforgettable sunsets over Jockey's Ridge. Kick off your flip flops in the game room while shooting a game of pool the billiards table or soak up the sun by the private pool. Maybe cap off a fun filled day at the beach with a relaxing soak in the hot tub.

Great Views from this Outer Banks home, fronting the Beach Road in Nags Head. Direct beach access is only 100 yards away! (Guest will cross the 2 lane Beach Road to access the ocean). 10' x 20' private pool, hot tub, rec room with pool table and wet bar. 2 refrigerators, WiFi, TVs, DVDs, outside there is a charcoal grill and an outside shower. Excellent views of both the ocean and Jockeys Ridge.

No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Please refer to the Rental Agreement while reviewing Rules & Policies for pool opening/closing dates.

Nice vacation house

Good for the price. Plenty of room for the 6 of us that were there. We played pool, used the hot tub, did some cooking. Only issues I can think of are that dishwasher wasn't usuable because of a moldy smell, the blender needs replaced, and need some plastic wear like spatulas. A couple new pool sticks would nice also. The wifi wasn't working when we got there, but after turning it off and back on, it worked.

Great stay

Loved our stay at Flip Flop - great location for our teens to access ice cream shops and beach. Well appointed kitchen with plenty of serveware. Would only recommend some bath mats- or bring your own!

Cold quick getaway

I stayed with my teen and adult children. It’s very spacious. It needed new carpet and a deep clean but overall was clean. Too cold to enjoy amenities but the pool and hot tub would be great in warmer weather! Everything you need to make a meal. We look forward to coming back!

Great stay!

The house was wonderful - large bedrooms, plenty of space in the common areas, and really a plus to have linens taken care of. Very close walk to the beach and short drive to lots of amenities. The only downside was the beach access is where vehicles can drive on and we were almost hit by a careless driver. And traffic overall was pretty loud. That said, we really enjoyed everything about the house itself!

Ideal beach house for our family's weekly stay.

Great beach house for our family of 4 with more than enough room for everyone. Very nicely located just a couple of blocks from the beach. Many amenities throughout the house as well and centrally located between Kill Devil Hills and Manteo. Would definitely recommend to others if looking for a stay in the area.

Location location location. The house is well maintained with many conveniences: big kitchen, and mini kitchen, pool and hot tub, two decks with ocean view or Jockey's Ridge view. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets right off your deck(s). Only (minor) negative- The outside nails on the blue and white siding are ALL RUSTY, but it did not impact our stay. We enjoyed our stay.
