**AMAZING LOCATION AT MILEPOST 15 IN THE VILLAGE AT NAGSHEAD. 2 LOTS BACK FROM THE OCEAN. NO STREETS TO CROSS. JUST SEVERAL STEPS FROM HOUSE TO BOARDWALK PATH TO THE BEACH!

**ALL BEDS MADE FRESH PRIOR TO ARRIVAL - NO HOUSEWORK ON YOUR VACATION! BATH TOWELS PROVIDED!**

You will love the convenient location off the Beach Road at milepost 15 in the exclusive Village at Nagshead. The multi-use path is just one block away and runs for miles along the Beach Road. Perfect for jogging, biking and walking!

This 6 bedroom home is freshly painted and decorated. New kitchen and furnishings. Brand new 14x22 kidney shaped lounging pool and outdoor sitting area with hot tub (Open May - October 15). Perfect for an evening dip or spend the day when there is surf advisory. Plenty of porches to relax on and dream the day away. You will also have access to the Village Beach Club large community pool, snack bar, full service bar, daily activites for kids and grown ups! The community pool is open end of May through the first weekend in October. (Goes to weekends only after 3rd weekend in September.)

Beach chairs and some beach toys, corn hole boards, provided for your use!

**Home is equipped with 7 TVs all of which are for streaming exclusively - i.e, Netflix and Amazon Prime, etc. Watch all your favorite shows via ROKU equipped TVS.

The details ~ This is a three level beach house with 2 flights of stairs and decking front and back.

** Large bedroom with king size bed and sliding door access to the rear mid level deck. Flat screen TV equipped with ROKU streaming. Jack & Jill style bathroom with separate sink and toilet/shower areas shared with Bunk room.

**Bunkroom - Two sets of bunkbeds, each with full sized bottom bunk and twin sized top bunks. Flat screen TV equipped with ROKU streaming. Jack & Jill style bathroom with separate sink and toilet/shower areas shared with King room. Atari old school gaming system and room darkening curtains for sleeping in!

**Bedroom with Queen size bed. Flat screen TV equipped with ROKU streaming. Jack & Jill style bathroom with separate sink and toilet/shower areas shared with twin room. Room darkening curtains.

**Twin room with two twin size beds. Flat screen TV equipped with ROKU streaming. Jack & Jill style bathroom with separate sink and toilet/shower areas shared with Queen room. Room darkening curtains for sleeping in!

**Laundry Closet with full size washer and dryer for your use during your stay.
Just bring your own detergent!

**Front covered porch with swing. Covered back porch located off mid-level king room. Access to stairs to pool area. This is my favorite spot to sit and read a book during the day or have a glass of wine and listen to the ocean at night! Four adirondack chairs for your lounging pleasure!

Top level -
** Brand new, fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and everything you need to make a gourmet meal! Seating at the bar for 4 along with room for up to 10 at large dining table. Plenty of room for meals, games and making memories around the table.

**55" flat screen TV with ROKU streaming, and DVD player (Red Box rentals available at Food Lion 2 minutes away). 2 large comfy couches for everyone to enjoy a show together!

**Large bedroom with king bed and sliding door to upper deck. Flat screen TV with ROKU streaming. Attached to upstairs bathroom with double vanity and shower.

**Daybed with pull out trundle bed. Perfect for kids to be near mom and dad in upstairs king bedroom. The smallest of the bedrooms but seems to be favorite of kids and grown ups! Must be the positioning of the bed to the TV - which is flat screen and ROKU equipped.

**Sliding doors to back deck near dining table with picnic table for dining alfresco and 4 adirondack chairs to relax and unwind while enjoying the beautiful weather and scenery!

**Single door to front deck near living area with 4 adirondack chairs. A perfect place to sit and watch the people returning from the beach at the end of the day.

**New upper deck and railings throughout installed Winter 2022

Outside -
** Adorable 14x22 foot kidney shaped lounging pool with built in bench seating. Perfect to relax in and cool off. If you are looking to swim laps or would like a bigger space to spread out - head on over to the community pool where you will be our guest for the week. Pool side service, full bar, snack bar and activities all week make this a must see attraction. Please remember - no coolers at the pool!

**Private pool and hot tub open til end of October

Wonderful Week in Nags Head

Wonderful property! Beautiful home with thoughtful details provided to guests. Loved the short walk to the beach - we had an elderly grandparent and the boardwalk next door made it easy for him to walk to the beach. Great dipping pool. Really nice, ample furniture on all decks and pool area. Lori was a great hostess and very communicative/amenable. Highly recommend!!!

Amazing home for our entire family’s vacation. Wonderful pool fenced in backyard. Super close to Ocean. Room for all four vehicles. Each family had their own bedroom and shared bathrooms. When it says they provide enough to get you started that’s true. We ran out of toilet paper hours after arrival. Ran out of paper towels, dishwasher cubes, 13 gallon garbage bags.

Great and clean property close to the beach. The property owner is always terrific at responding to questions and addressing any concerns...although we have never had any issues with the home. We have stayed at this property numerous times and will be back next year. A really great experience!

Very convenient to beach

The proximity to the beach was the best feature of this house. There is a small wooden walkway that leads to the beach and just takes a couple minutes to walk there. Access to the community amenities was a nice bonus, but unfortunately we never got a chance to take advantage. It is in a nice neighborhood and we felt safe there. We also loved having the pool at the house. It is small, but it was nice for the kids to splash around in or to float around. We really took advantage of the outdoor showers, so that was appreciated. The home was nicely decorated and had everything that we needed. It was very well stocked. Lots of games and books. We took advantage of the corn hole boards, sand and pool toys and beach chairs. The kitchen layout made it difficult for more than one person to work in there at the same time, but there isn't much that they can do about that. We did love the big dining room table which our large group used frequently. Love the open concept in the main living space. Another slight issue with the layout was that two of the bathrooms were only accessed through the bedrooms. So you had to go through a bedroom to get to them. It was only an issue once or twice though. Overall the house was well kept and clean, but the cleaners could have done better. There were a few things that were missed. I would advise the owners to bring it up with the company that they use. Lori was very responsive and did everything she could to make our stay perfect.

Amazing House!

We had such an amazing stay at this property and Lori was great to work with! The house was clean and well equipped with everything we could need. The pool and hot tub was a huge hit with everyone in our group (3 generations!). The outdoor shower was great for washing off after the beach. We enjoyed the beach club pool and bar several times for a change of pace. The porches were wonderful at night when we were winding down. I would highly recommend staying at this property for anyone looking for a great beach getaway!

Well Appointed Perfect Beach Access Cottage

The check in process was seamless. Our immediate first impressions of the cottage were wonderful. Following is a list of things that we absolutely loved. 100% cotton quilts in every room and extras for snuggling. Timed flicking candle for small nightlight in hall. We really liked the layout of the pool, and some captain chairs near the pool in the shade so shade lovers and sun lovers could co mingle. There are two exterior showers! There was ample parking. The air conditioner was cool throughout this stay and there was a ceiling fan if we needed a little extra breeze while cooking. There were many amenities in the kitchen that were nice to have, we appreciated having a dash of olive oil when we ran out. You could tell that the owners spent a lot of time rehabbing the house after its purchase in 2018. There is new decking on the top level, new railing. there are lots of reading nooks outside, nice deck furniture as well. We would have loved a basketball game in the driveway, although we have become Pickleball enthusiast, and the tennis court is right around the corner. I would suggest a solution for ice. This cottage is so well appointed I think an investment in a small ice machine downstairs would be beneficial. Some bedroom doors did not shut all the way. The baby was in one of these rooms and was inconvenient. The kitchen could have been cleaned better when we arrived. 100% five stars and we would stay again. AirPods were left behind and they mailed them to us! Thank you!

Perfect Family Home

This home is in great condition. It had everything we needed. Everyone had a bed. We had 12 adults and six children. The living room, dining area, and kitchen are great for cooking, entertaining, and playing games. Pool and spa on the property was perfect for all of us. Beach is two minutes down the walking path which was an added, plus to walk and carry all of your belongings. House is close to shopping and sight seeing- we had a wonderful time!

My family of 11 stayed in this magnificent rental The same week for the past two years. The home is in wonderful shape with everything that we needed to utterly enjoy an awesome relaxing vacation. The private pool, the hot tub and the community pool all were added benefits. I highly recommend this fantastic vacation home rental for families !!

Awesome beach house - perfect for our family reunion

Great location to the beach; Lori was so responsive whenever we had a question - providing us with lots of recommendations for things to do and sights to see; perfect arrangement for a large group - we loved that there was enough seating at the dining room table for our group of 10 adults and 3 children. Made use of community tennis courts - and fortunately there were spare tennis rackets at the house. Pool and jacuzzi at the house was a extra bonus - we spent many afternoons as a family at the pool (kids especially loved it). Close proximity to golf course, Could not say enough good things about the house, location, and Lori. Thanks so much for providing a memorable experience for our family. Will definitely recommend to others.

The house was amazing and just like the pictures. A comfortable cozy place for a family reunion. The biggest hit were the pool and the o it door showers!!!
