Stayed only to freshen up as long airport hangover between flights. Super modern, everything works, staff really helpful, 24 hour restaurant and free airport transfers, even at 6am. Should have booked 2 nights, as spa and pool looked excellent…just didn’t have time. Good value as well!

I had reserved. 3 family rooms with king size trundle beds. My son got a queen size bed and was told that they would roll in a bed. We heard music from club next to hotel from 10pm until 5-6 in the morning. The poop was not heated as advertised, we were told it’s only heated on the weekends. Our grandchildren were unable to use the pool. I booked the hotel for the children’s pool. Also they charged 1500 schillings for a wash cloth used to clean the red mud from our children because they had spread red mud all over the green grass without signs or tape. The only area the kids could play.

Disappointed

I booked this hotel for the main reason that it boasted a heated outdoor pool. Hence I was very disappointed to find that the pill was closed for maintenance during my stay. I requested a quiet room but was disturbed all night by traffic noise and music. Service in the bar was very slow. I tried to contact the hotel management during my stay but received no response. Fur the price paid I had expected a much better experience.

Exceptional service - Handicap friendly

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights in June. The service was exceptional and we absolutely loved the beauty of the facility. We stayed in one of the suites which was one of the nicest we have stayed in. I can't say enough about the service we received. A special mention to Roy, the hotel manager. Every day when he would see us, he would stop and ask if we needed anything. My wife is a big fan of Dr Pepper, which is a popular soft drink in America, but we are rarely able to find it anywhere else in the world. He went to the effort of checking around Nairobi and found a store that carried it. He sent a driver to pick up several cans for her! My wife is somewhat handicapped, as she is on oxygen and uses a wheelchair on vacation since she is not able to walk long distances. When we were about to leave to go to the airport, Phillip, one of the office managers said he would take us. Since my wife was in a wheelchair, he knew how very difficult the traffic was inside the airport terminal area at that time of night. We never would have made it on our own if we had simply taken a taxi or Uber. We would give this hotel a 6 star review if we could!!
