This was exactly what I needed to relax and refresh after my safari. The restaurants were great (try the Hawaiian pizza), the spa is beautiful and Fatima gave me the BEST MASSAGE OF MY LIFE! The entire hotel is very clean and staffed with very nice and welcoming people. The gift shop has many nice local items. The view of the park from my balcony couldn't be beat.

Ole Sereni is an amazing place to stay. Service is exceptional and the amenities are top notch. Great choices for dining and drinks. Since first visit over fifteen years ago the hotel has lost its usp that you could dine looking out over Nairobi National Park. Now there is a busy road and noise screens separating the hotel from the park. My room was as it has always been but now looking tired and the bathroom in need of a makeover. The hotel is comfortable enough but it's not what it used to be. It's still quite convenient for the airport but there are closer equally decent hotels if that's important to you. The staff are always very nice.
