We chose this hotel because of the pool and hot tub, but the hot tub was out of order. The pool was too cold to go n without the hot tub. We were disappointed. This is our usual hotel when we go to Nanaimo. I hope the hotel can post about that in advance.

2nd tv didn’t work, couch was stain with work grease , tv in bedroom was small, stood at restaurant for 10-15min to be seated nobody showed up Otherwise quite and fairly comfy bed

Super friendly staff, fabulous room and king size bed. The restaurant was decent for club sandwich and burgers. The free continental breakfast left a bit to be desired (margarine no butter?!?!!), juice machine broken, a lot of sugary options. But we got a great night's sleep, room was huge and super clean and quiet. Very close to the ferry. We would stay here again!!!

We got in extremely late and took a cab ($37 before tip) from Nanaimo's Cassidy Airport. Hotel staff were friendly, efficient, and organized. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We enjoyed a nice breakfast at the Ricky's restaurant on-site in the morning, so don't know what the complimentary continental breakfast was like. The cab to downtown Nanaimo in the morning was just under $10. Overall, an excellent experience, and we'd definitely stay there again.

The attendant in the breakfast room is helpful and friendly. Room was tidy neat and clean. However the front desk agent was knocking at our door so hard it frightened me. The front desk knew we asked for a later check out. The front desk agent has given us a hard time last time we stayed at this location.
