On the 3rd floor (no lift) of a block of flats near Place Graslin, you’re sure to be charmed by this cosy, comfortable retreat, which has been refurbished (August 2019) and is fully equipped. This duplex is ideal for 2 people (or 2 adults and 1 child, for example).

First level (living area):
- A living room with a high-quality, very comfortable sofa bed (140 cm × 190 cm), an armchair, and a Thomson flat-screen TV connected to a Livebox (high-speed Wi-Fi). For your comfort, the living room is fitted with shutters.
- A dining area: A table and bar stools.
- A fully equipped, open-plan kitchenette, including: crockery (plates, wine glasses, a carafe, etc.), kitchen utensils (frying pans, salad bowls, ovenproof dishes, etc.) and a range of good-quality kitchen appliances (ceramic hob, fridge, washing machine, pod coffee machine, microwave, toaster, etc.)

Second level (upstairs):
- A lovely, cosy sleeping area with a comfortable double bed
- A workspace with a desk/dressing table
- A bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet).

You’ll also find a hairdryer and ironing equipment (iron and ironing board) at your disposal.

Neighbourhood:
This beautiful duplex, which has been completely refurbished very recently, enjoys an exceptional location in the city centre of Nantes: 500 metres from Place Graslin and Cours Cambronne, 400 metres from the River Loire and the Anne-de-Bretagne Bridge with direct access to the Machines de l’Île and the banks of the Loire, and 250 metres from the Dobrée Museum...
You’ll be staying in a peaceful and quiet setting, whilst being just a stone’s throw from Nantes’ finest attractions.

Parking spaces are available in the adjacent streets (pay-and-display).

Le Trendy is managed by the Cocoonr Agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You’ll be welcomed on site by a member of our team who’ll show you round the flat, explain how everything works and hand over the keys.

Self-check-in via a key box located in a laundrette near the property is possible between 4 pm and 9 pm. For any arrivals outside these times, a surcharge will apply and the keys will be handed to you in person.

High-quality bed linen, towels, rugs and tea towels are provided, and the bed will be made up for your arrival.
