This quaint cottage is located in the heart of the historic district on Main Street in Nantucket, covered with roses and beautiful flowers it is the perfect getaway. Beautifully decorated 3 bedroom and 2 bath house. Home includes central air conditioning & heat, front living room, eat-in kitchen, private side patio with teak furniture, gas grill, washer & dryer on premises, 1 off street parking spot. Only a 5 minute walk to downtown. Also, flat screen TV and high speed internet. The house has the option to also rent out a renovated 2 bedroom & 1 bath guest cottage on the property based on availability. (With the cottage the property can accommodate up to 12 guests)

Great House for a Perfect Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Comfy beds, great location (close enough for walking to the town center but away from the crowded streets) good layout , modernized bathrooms and all the amenities we wanted. Peter was a great Host. We will be back!

Charming Nantucket house, great location to explore the town.

The house is small but was comfortable for our family of 5 plus small dog, and the location is perfect for walking into town. Peter was a gracious host and we are particularly grateful for the early check in. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great Nantucket rental

We were thrilled to arrive at our property with everything as pictured but actually more charming in person. It is easily walkable to town and restaurants. Communication with the owner was easy and I can recommend it to anyone who wants to stay on Nantucket.
