New Home with Pool, Bocce court & 2 basement game rooms close to Surfside Beach

Beautiful decorated newly built home close to Surfside and Nobadeer Beaches. Great private outdoor spaces. Heated saltwater pool, fire pit, pergola with plenty of seating and lounges in the front yard. Bocce court, outdoor dinning table, Weber gas grill and outdoor shower in the back.
Basement- Large game room with pool table, 9' shuffleboard, sonos music system, minibar w/ fridge, and 82" TV. Also a smaller gameroom more teen/kids oriented with mini-bowling, foosball table, four arcade machines with 1000's of retro games. There also a table that sits 6 ideal for family board games.

First floor- Chef's kitchen with gas range and double oven, breakfast bar, dinning room, sitting room, laundry room, powder room, Master bedroom w/king bed and bathroom with glass enclosed shower.

Second floor has two bedrooms. Bedroom one w/queen bed with view to the pool, reading nook, bathroom with glass enclosed shower and wonderful soaking tub. Bedroom two has 2 double beds and 2 twin trundle beds, and bathroom with glass enclosed shower.

All bedrooms have TV's, wifi/high speed internet and own bathroom. Central air/heat, dishwasher, microwave,all stainless appliances, Electrolux washer and dryer, off street parking, home in a cul-de-sac. Close to surfside and Nobadeer Beaches (1.5 miles).

A perfect vacation home on island. We loved the very private yard, including the pool and outdoor kitchen. The extensive game room in the basement was a big bonus. The home is essentially brand new and very well-stocked, and the owner could not have been more accommodating. We can’t wait to come back.

My family of five had a wonderful time on Nantucket and in this house. It was our first time on this magical island and the home's Surfside location was perfect - about 15-25 mins to town depending on traffic with bike trails everywhere. Easy travels from every direction. Amazing beaches are under 5 minutes and simple bike ride even for my 6 year old. The house was as pictured and promised with a great outdoor kitchen, salt/heated pool and gas fire pit. We used all of it including the billiards and game room daily. Joao was a fantastic host. Extremely thoughtful and responsive. Will stay again in the future.

5 Stars – Wonderful Stay!We had an amazing time at this property! The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—close to teh beach and downtown but still peaceful and quiet. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area.

Fantastic Nantucket Getaway!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful vacation home in Nantucket, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The house is charming, impeccably maintained, and equipped with everything you could need for a relaxing getaway. The dĂ©cor perfectly captures the Nantucket vibe, and the spacious rooms made our stay incredibly comfortable. The outdoor amenities were a highlight for our family. We spent countless hours enjoying the pristine pool and had so much fun playing bocce on the court. It was the perfect setting for both relaxation and family fun. The location is also ideal—just a short drive from the beach and easy access to much of the island. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. It’s clear that they’ve put a lot of thought into making this home a perfect retreat for guests.

Awesome home! Grill area with bocce court and pool area outstanding! Not one complaint from us. Be sure to meet owner for tour when you arrive. He was always readily available for any questions. Short bike ride to town and only 1 mile from beach. Loved it all !!!

Amazing House, great host

Every detail of the house was exactly as described. The house is up to date and has everything you need for a perfect vacation. There is plenty of room and the basement arcade was a big hit for the kids. The host Joao was great, keeps the house in top shape and any questions we had were quickly answered. Wonderful stay

Outstanding house.

The house, and it’s owner are wonderful. The house is clean, new, and really well appointed. No detail is missing. The pool area is a show stopper. The game room and bocce ball court were hits for our family. The house is nestled closely behind another house, but the well defined landscaping/mature trees block most if any neighborly noise. We would absolutely stay again.

Nantucket Gem!

My 7 friends and I had the best time staying at this stunning house. Our time hanging out in the backyard, whether at the fire table, in the pool, or playing bocce ball, made the weekend! The location is very quiet and pretty easy to get to and from town via Uber or Lyft. Two friends went for morning runs to Nobadeer beach and really enjoyed the easy access. I hope to stay here again someday soon!

Nantucket GEM! A+++! Amazing time!

My wife and I and our older dog stayed for the week, with some family on the weekend, absolutely amazing property. Every detail was considered in this home and it was wonderful to stay in. Amazing game room, pool table, and entertainment for adults and kids, owner very helpful and responsive if needed during the week, beautiful quiet back yard with pool. Everything was incredible. Favorite place we've stayed yet on Nantucket.

Perfect Home Away from Home

We loved this home - Master on the first floor along with a fully loaded kitchen (we love to cook), 2 seating areas, 3 couches, many chairs, 2 baths on the first floor - great for entertaining. The outdoor grill area is great for cooks and large families. The pool area is large, plenty of room for relaxing and enjoying a quiet afternoon away from the beach. My grandchildren visited quite often and along with the pool, really enjoyed the use of the game rooms - video machines, pool table, large screened tv, etc. etc. Upstairs had two beautiful bedrooms with two baths. All decor was lovely. As always, for me, a treat was to have a fully stocked book case - loved the titles assuming guests have left along the way. Grandchildren near Surfside Beach and easily biked to our house safely. We needed nothing - trips to Meat and Fish each day, a few meals out and just a perfect escape! Thank you

Nantucket Woodland Property

Simply the best VRBO experience to date, among several. Beautiful home and property, perfectly appointed, with every detail considered. Setup to accommodate both visits to the beach, or relaxing around this perfectly laid out house. Would highly recommend this property.
