Was a nice hotel. Some concerns about the beds. They were extremely low. Also dont quite understand why we had to pay for parking. That seemed a bit much.

Fit our needs but definitely added extra cost to the stay. Parking is $18 a day even though they have their own lot morning coffee if not made in room is three dollars per cup.

The property is a bit out from downtown NAPA. Breakfast was being by a single person for the entire hotel.

Only two complaints. The hamburger was wonderful,but the center was raw. And I had to go to the 4th floor for ice. I was on the 1 st floor. Minor detail, but get your machines fixed… The staff were all wonderful. It was the quietest place I have ever stayed.

Nice, new , clean hotel with large rooms and great bathrooms. Large step in showers. Nice patio with fireplace, pretty. Hotel as serviceable but overlooked a RV storage facility. Not walkable to town in the evenings., however very well kept and reasonable

Pretty good, but noisy at night

The hotel was very nice and well appointed. My first night was peaceful and I was able to get good sleep. The housekeeping was lacking and my bed wasn’t made or anything cleaned, just the trash emptied. That wasn’t a huge deal as i was only staying 2 nights. My second night, a Thursday, was pretty loud. Above my room for a couple hours there was a lot of noise and walking around followed by house music until 10pm. I called the front desk eventually and they said the bar was playing music. This would have been a good thing to disclose to guests when checking in. I specifically asked for a quite room but was put right below the bar? If not for this it would have been a great stay but i wasn't able to get to sleep until 11pm and had to leave early the next day. I might stay here again if i can get a quieter room.

Amazing stay!

Loved how central this hotel is - 20 min walk to downtown and plenty of stores nearby for whatever last minute purchases you may need (Target, Homegoods, etc). Next to La Cheve which is a popular brunch location. Beds were SO comfortable. I would definitely return.
