Looking for a relaxing escape? You've found it! This newly furnished 1 Bedroom condo at 760 Cottages in Silverado is located on the 2nd floor with spectacular views of the golf course. The spacious living area offers cathedral ceilings, dining area, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, stove, dishwasher and microwave. The pull out sofa bed in the living room sleeps an additional 2. The full bathroom features a luxurious heated whirlpool tub to relax in at the end of your day, before crawling into the comfortable King bed. There is a large private balcony where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Complimentary Direct TV, local phone calls, and WiFi are included. It is a short walk to the swimming pool and laundry facilities. No pets allowed.

This condo is ideally located with easy access to wineries, downtown Napa, Yountville, Rutherford and the surrounding areas.

A check out cleaning fee is charged on this reservation and is listed on the total reservation checkout price.

***Guests staying more than 5 nights will be charged the checkout cleaning fee plus an additional $60 charged on the 6th day as well as every 5 days following. Guests will receive a new confirmation with the additional cleaning fees listed after the fees have been added***

Additional cleaning fees cover the following:
Starting on the 6th day and every 5 days afterward, housekeeping will enter the condo to replace towels with clean towels, restock toiletries, bath tissue and Kleenex, paper towels, coffee and condiments as, well as remove trash.

Great Napa location

Perfect place for a visit to Napa. Located so it is easy to get into town or go up the valley. Staying at Silverado does not hurt either. The grill there is a wonderful place to have any meal. The condo had everything we needed. We had a couple of maintenance issues when we arrived but they were handled very quickly. I would stay here again.

Overall excellent condo facing a Napa golf course. Nice size bedroom and living area and furnishings for the price. Areas of improvement: needed a fitted sheet for the sleeper, show curtain needs to be replaced, missing shower mat, coffee maker made a loud strange sound, .

Comfortable Condo on the Golf Course

While not updated, this unit was very comfortable - and reasonably priced. I'm sure it sat vacant for a while before we arrived - it had a musty smell when we arrived, but we were able to open doors and air it out pretty quickly. We always stay at Silverado Resort when we're in Napa and would stay here again.

At face value, the apartment looks in good order but as we stayed, we found a number of simple issues that were not being attended to by the cleaning crew and ownership. Faucet in sink leaked badly, disposal did not work and despite leaving the Allen key to loosen it, it was frozen and would not go. Both remotes batteries were at the end of their life and gave out. No washclottes other than 2 black ones “to be used for makeup removal”. Bedding (both bed covers) were stained. Towels were stained. Jetted tub kicked out black stuff when started. TV’s were old and not “smart”. Dishwasher was very old and was very loud. Be careful in bare feet… nail heads protruding from edge of carpet by bathroom. Dirty baking pan in the oven… They could do so much better but are running it on a shoe string which leaves a bad taste for the guests.

Beautiful golf course view. Apartment spotless. Everything you need. Only thing we couldn’t find was pool towels but plenty of bath towels. Highly recommend.

Unit was okay but needs updating

This unit was overall fine, but is in dire need of updates. We had issues with the bathtub backing up and they were responsive and sent a plumber to fix it right away, which was appreciated. But the unit has really old carpet, furniture, countertops, etc. and could use updates. The shower curtain was badly molded as well.

There were problems, but Denise was GREAT in handling them.

The project and the unit are first class. We had a WIFI and a water leak problem, but Denise was SUPER in being responsive, following up and doing everything she could do to make things right. We all know that "Stuff happens", but it is what Management (Denise) did to make things right, that really impressed us. She made what could have been a problem for us into us being very impressed with her and her organization.

Great visit!

After experiencing a scam two years ago with renting a unit at Silverado, I was very skeptical. The property manager answered all my questions and sent me lots of information including her personal cell phone to reduce my fears. The unit was clean and sanitized for COVID, in excellent shape, lots of amenities and a wonderful weekend to watch the Safeway open. Wonderful location on the first fairway! You won't be disappointed!

Great stay

Great location just a couple of things like could have been cleaner upon entrance especially during CoVid I was expecting very clean (ie dusty, crumbs and some dog hair). It was fine overall we just cleaned ourselves extra to be on the safe side and washed everything before using etc. Also the resort gardener mowed the lawn at 5:30am twice while we were there which was not great since we like to sleep in. Other than that it was fine and super convenient for our needs.
