Lady lovely at check in. Room clean and spacious. Our daily service to the room was a let down. The sofa bed we tried to use was broken. Would stay there again but these other problems have room for improvement.

Toilet was clean but smelly the toilet cistern ranthrough thenight on half flush1st night2nd night the toilet fan vent flap keept us awake flapping and banging all night. The water from shower pooled in front of spa bath.shower cnr moulding was just about falling off. My wife will not go back again

Would have loved a microwave jug to heat milk for the provided hot chocolate . Heated towel rail could be added, and a window covering in the bathroom to create a cosy feeling for when in the wonderful bath .
