Villa C42 is an oceanfront gem perched on the second level at Napili Point, a two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa in building C with 958 square feet of interior living space. A 112-square-foot lanai extends that oceanfront living area outdoors, right above the water below.

*** Please note: our complimentary rental car offer (available on stays of 6 nights or more) is not available for stays beginning between December 15, 2026 and December 31, 2026 ***

Napili Point sits along Napili Bay on Maui's west side, a small, crescent-shaped bay known for calm, protected swimming conditions and some of the more intimate beach settings on this stretch of coastline. The resort has two oceanfront pools, sits on grounds above Honokeana Bay where snorkelers regularly spot sea turtles, and offers coastal pathways connecting the buildings, along with on-site parking by placard from the Napili Point office. The two-pool layout means a quieter option is usually available even when the main pool draws a crowd, useful for families with young children as much as for guests who prefer a calmer scene.

The two-bedroom, two-bathroom floor plan gives a family or two couples real separation between sleeping areas, while the open kitchen and living space lead directly out to the oceanfront lanai, the natural spot for an early coffee or a sunset drink. This two-bedroom villa sleeps up to six guests across 958 square feet of interior living space, with the 112-square-foot lanai adding a private oceanfront outdoor room.

Every KBM-managed home, including NAP-C42, is stocked with Laforre bath amenities and cleaned by the same dedicated housekeeping team on every turnover. KBM's concierge desk can help arrange activities and dining reservations ahead of your trip, and guests staying six nights or longer receive a complimentary rental car for the full length of the stay. Local, on-island management is available seven days a week. Because KBM keeps local, on-island staff attached to each property rather than routing every guest request through a call center, most day-of needs are addressed within minutes rather than hours, and the same housekeeping team's familiarity with the unit carries over from one stay to the next. Contact KBM Resorts to check current availability and book NAP-C42.

The serene, low-rise Napili Point Resort sits above Honokeana Bay, affording guests spectacular ocean views all the way to the islands of Molokai and Lanai. The sunsets from here are divine and during the winter months (December through April), you may be lucky enough to witness humpback whales playing in the water - right from your own private lanai.
