BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to weather, heavy surf, strong currents, and tides. Due to Maui's rural setting, you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don't kill them. Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Maui is in a tropical climate. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

**We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment. Points forts : Propreté
Clean place, great views and location. Looks just like the pictures. Was very happy with the room and the communication between the property owners and us. The only issue we had was construction going on all around us for the full 7 days. They were remodeling the unit that was directly below us, and remodeling the unit right next to us (and at one point had a guy on a ladder outside our door updating our place). Our water was turned off for a day while the place upgraded their water pipes as well. It basically made it so we had to leave our room everyday and not come back until after 5pm every day to escape the noise. They were using jackhammers and tearing up concrete and using heavy equipment and saws all day. Honestly it was awful. We were not told about this when we rented the place. A little disappointing. As we were leaving the crew was headed to the next condo to start remodeling that one..so?? You might want to mention that when people are renting. Other than that the place itself was nice.

We loved this resort and location. Host communication was excellent. Feels a bit more residential than other Napili resorts. Which we prefer. Both pools have views to either the bay or open ocean. BBQs are located throughout the property. Loved that this unit has paid attention to interior design, furniture and feel. Blinds in bedroom vs drapery would be helpful in managing the trade winds. View is lovely with wonderful location to enjoy morning coffee and evening sunsets. Kitchen is well equipped. Addition of a rice maker would be a bonus. Easy access to Napili and Kapalua beaches and hiking trails along the coastline and old Kapalua Ridge golf course which was decommissioned many years ago and has been taken back by nature. Honokeana bay snorkeling is top notch with healthy beautiful coral and sea turtles. Opportunities for improvement: interior Sofa and chairs could benefit from a professional cleaning. The barstools are for a bar height counter vs. standard counter and are tool tall. Counter stools with a 24” seat height are needed. Patio lounge chairs could be replaced as rattan is broken and cushions are torn with exposed stuffing. Just the result of oceanfront weather. Loved the attention to decor, throw pillows and blankets in the bedroom. Mattress is a bit hard and could benefit from a 3 or 4” gel Mattress topper. All this said, we had an amazing time and we are grateful to have stayed in this unit.
