LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!!!
You don't need a car for this vacation! It's across the street from Mercato, Walgreens, Whole Foods, Publix, shops, restaurants and 5 minute bike ride to the Vanderbilt Beach.
Only 5 minute bike ride to one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida with sunset views. Mercato is known for the bars/clubs/fine dining and entertainment in Naples.
This is one of the safest rated areas in the whole Florida which is the reason why I bought this place for me and my family.
This huge, newly renovated, and the brightest ground floor, 2 bedroom condo has one king bed, one pull out queen size and two twin beds. It can comfortably sleep 6.
We have also two bikes you can use while at our place for free if you wish to bike to the beach or in the area.
New Kitchen, ALL New Appliances, New bathrooms, freshly painted across the whole apartment.
It's located on the ground floor right beside the pool.
Minimum stay 30d. Available March - April. Possible for longer term as well.
Need to submit the condo application with the lease agreement for the condo approval which takes about 3-5 days once the papers are submitted. No one has been rejected so far, and the process is pretty smooth.
I'll cover the $100 application fee, however you will need to cover the background checks.
