This apparent is not fit for purpose, the showers were leaking, hot water was erratic with hot water turning to cold in the middle of the shower leading you to abandon taking bath, the kettle was so stained that it badly needed a descaling, very steep walks around the apartment. there were no bins to put the rubbish, we had to use make shift bins by putting all the rubbish in a plastic cover and disposed it off, the AC started to leak after a couple of hours with water dripping and had to be stopped to prevent water leakage, I can go on adding faults with this apartment, my advice would be to avoid it
