House has an open layout and a peaceful atmosphere. Step out to the pool for a refreshing swim and enjoy outdoor dining. The screened patio is the perfect haven to sip a glass of wine or enjoy a morning coffee and a good book. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home can accommodate 6 people and is the perfect spot for a beautiful and relaxing vacation. Roku TVs in Living Room and in each bedroom, ceiling fans in all rooms. A pet friendly and work-friendly accommodation with high-speed internet. Fully equipped, laundry room with provided laundry essentials The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, fridge with filtered water and ice dispenser, microwave, oven, coffee machine, toaster, Ninja Professional Blender to make refreshing cocktails. All the comforts of your own home!!!

They are everything you need for the beach (beach towels, beach umbrella, chairs, cooler and sand toys).10-minute drive to a large variety of restaurants, shops and beaches.

Our property is family-friendly. We provide sand toys, pool toys, board games, and pack n play. The property is seven miles from Sun-N-Fun Lagoon water park and Children's Museum and 3 miles from Naples Zoo. Poinciana Village Park has a tennis court and playground. We provide 2 tennis rackets and tennis balls.

Poinciana Village is a friendly community, very nice and safe neighborhood. The central location enables you to reach within a less than 10 mins drive to downtown Naples (5th Avenue, Naples Piers, Tin City) or luxurious Mercato!

At the same time, there are many beautiful beaches from which to watch the sunset and enjoy the Gulf Coast's warm waters. The closest beach is Clam Pass Park at the western end of Pine Ridge Road. There is a 0.6-mile boardwalk. Other activities nearby include the Coastland Center shopping mall, Naples Philharmonic Center, Botanical Garden, Golf(Quail Run Golf Club), Tennis(World Tennis Club),

Amazing Home

We had such a wonderful family vacation here! The home is in a great neighborhood and just a short drive to the beach. The best part was the private, heated pool. Our kids were in there every free moment we had! Very clean, very comfortable, and just perfect. We didn't want to come home!

Nice spacious house with a nice pool area. Large pool with sitting and dining area under the lanai. Check in was good except for an issue getting the WiFi to work. Called Fran and she replied quickly. She said she didn’t know how to fix it and told me to call Mariya. I left Mariya a message and never heard from her. Luckily I figured out the issue.

Naples return.

Lovely villa in quiet residential neighbourhood. Car is an absolute must have in order to appreciate NAPLES and its great beaches. Pool, barbeque and outside patio great for relaxing. Villa spacious and well appointed. Odd problems sorted immediately by property manager who lives directly opposite.Definitely recommended.

Beautiful house!

We really loved our stay at this property! The location was great, not too far from shops / beaches etc. Everything was spotless. The owners even left us a bottle of wine, some beers and some chocolates on arrival which was a nice touch. We’d definitely book again :-)

Perfect Spring break with kids

Comfy family home

My mom, husband, 3-yr-old and I stayed for 5 nights and had a great time. The house was well equipped, the pool was great and the neighborhood was cute and quiet. House was a good size for our family too, everyone had their own space. We could walk to a local playground so that was a big perk but otherwise the location isn’t walkable to get to amenities. There are a lot of attractions within a 10-20 min drive - nice beaches, the zoo, historic Naples, etc. Also we flew into Fort Myers airport and it was an easy 30 min drive to get to the house. Highly recommend as long as you’re okay driving everywhere.

Fantastic home!

We stayed here for my 30th birthday. It was amazing! We had the entire house and it’s such a great size. The heated pool was my favorite thing about the house, and we really enjoyed the huge kitchen. Highly recommend this home!

We had to see clean when we arrived . The pool wasn’t as clean as we would have liked it to be . Couldn’t enjoy the last couple days in the pool because temperatures was off and water levels were descending . For the coast we were expecting more .

We really enjoyed the cleanliness and amenities of this home. We found it especially helpful to have towels stocked, and everything you'd need to feel comfortable. The backyard set up is a dream with a covered patio, and a lanai atop the pool. Outside the home, you're close to shopping, and restaurants. The only and I mean only downside to this rental is that some of the neighborhood homes look run down. However, it is an extremely quiet and safe neighborhood. So the appearance of other homes is a non issue once you're inside this beautiful and well appointed home.
