Beautiful & spacious 3 bed 3 bath home with private pool and Golf & Tennis Club

A bright and spacious Florida home set in a quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by beautiful gardens within walking distance to the Foxfire Golf & Country Club with its 27 hole golf course, swimming pool, tennis and bocce courts, gym, restaurant and vibrant social community.

The first impression when walking into our beautiful home is how light and comfortable it is, with its large open living spaces overlooking the private pool and garden. The house has light oak floorboards throughout the bedrooms and sitting areas and tiled bathrooms.

There are two open sitting areas: the first incorporating two armchairs, two large sofas and coffee table, plus a spacious dining area and table with comfortable dining chairs for six people. The room has lovely views and direct access to the private, screened pool and garden via double sliding glass doors.

The family room is spacious and bright with 50” Smart TV, DVD player, two sofas and two armchairs, a library of books, again with direct access to the pool area and overlooking the lovely garden through a large picture window.

The Master bedroom, which directly overlooks and opens out to the pool area, has an American King-size bed, large walk-in closet and spacious ensuite bathroom with Roman tub, glass-screened shower and ‘his’ and ‘hers’ marble-topped vanity units and sinks..

The Second bedroom overlooks the front garden and has a queen-size double bed and closet with an adjoining newly -refurbished bathroom with shower which has been newly-refurbished bathroom has a glass-screened shower and large marble-topped vanity unit.

The Third bedroom has twin beds and closet and an adjoining bathroom which has recently been refurbished with a walk-in shower and marble-topped vanity unit.

Each bedroom is set in a different portion of the house, offering privacy and quiet. All bedrooms have overhead fans, in addition to the air conditioning throughout the house.

The walk-through kitchen links the two sitting areas and also partially overlooks the pool area and garden. It is fully equipped with conventional and microwave ovens, fridge-freezer and breakfast bar with granite work tops.

There is a separate utility room with an over-sized washer and separate tumble-dryer, sink and ironing facilities. There are plenty of racks to hang washing up in the utility room and in the garage.

The swimming pool is surrounded by a large lanai within a peaceful and private setting overlooking the extensive lawns and garden. The outdoor dining table seats up to 8 persons and the screened pool area has six sun-loungers and an outdoor bar with sink, drinks fridge and a separate gas barbecue.

High speed WiFi internet is available throughout house.

The pool and garden service attend weekly. A cleaning service is available upon request during your stay.

The double garage has direct access to the house and will accommodate a single vehicle with extra room for storage including beach chairs, floats and tennis racquets for tenants’ use.

A full set of replacement bed linen, beach towels and hair dryers are provided.

Please note that our home is not suitable for young children due to the direct access to the pool area.

Please also note that, due to Foxfire Club rules, if you wish to use the golf and club facilities a Full Rights Transfer Fee is payable (approx. $750 per rental for 2 people). Alternatively, the Social Rights Transfer allows access to all Foxfire amenities, excluding the golf course (approx. $500 per rental for 2 people). Please let us know if you would like to add either the Club’s Full Rights or Social Rights to your Rental.
