Service was great, even though there was a dead roach on our bed upon entering the room, we requested to be assigned a different room.

Hotel stay

The stay really wasn't that bad. The problem Was we had to switch rooms because the AC didn't work. And in doing so I left my soap container in the shower. I went to the front desk to ask if someone had found my soap container. I passed a young lady as I was going to the front desk. I didn't know who she was, so she walked right past me, I stayed at the desk for about 15 minutes until she showed back up. I waited for someone to show up. Then about 15 minutes later, the same lady came back walked right past me, didn't say anything walked behind the desk, stood behind the desk, still didn't say anything. So I asked her, do you work here? She said, yes, what do you want, very rude attitude? So everything was downhill from that point on.
