The apartment is located on the third floor without elevator and consists of a large entrance-living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, dining room and kitchen. In the common areas there is a double sofa bed. It is possible to add a cot for free.

The rooms all have wooden floors and, thanks to the thick tuff walls typical of the city's historic buildings, the climate inside the apartment is very pleasant both in winter and in summer. The apartment is however equipped with central heating and air conditioning.
