Unsanitary

After checking our room we told the clerk that we would not be staying and that we would be making other arrangements. We had checked the mattresses and found that they were stained, the room had dilapidated furniture and unacceptable. He informed us that we would not receive a refund. We left and found a cleaner hotel. I put in a dispute with my CC. hotels.com should not even offer this motel as a choice. Your rating system rated it much higher than it should have received.

Not happy.

Conty Motel was disappointing. There was a really stall odor in the room. The bed linens had stains on them. Needless to say we did not stay. The facilities can do with some upgrading

The worst place ever!!!

Rude call that we have to show up early because they are not some big hotel, roaches, pvc pipe part on shower to turn it on. Ac does not cool well.
