Fantastic condo and location

This condo was clean and tastefully decorated. It had everything I needed for a long term stay. The condo office is so friendly and helpful. The management company was responsive and friendly. The location is beautiful, just steps to the beach.

Location was good, buy we couldn't enjoy amenities because of damage from the hurricane.

Since we couldn't use amenities, like pool, common space, grill, workout, etc. It could have been better. Staff was great. Condo seemed dark. Laundry a big issue being off the lanai and the machines are very small . There was no cold water wash, warm. Dryer was often damp from the washing stacks below. Black out curtains very worn, drapes old for a pricey rental. The two kitchen sinks was a very strange set up. The unit was not set up to be a pricey rental, master bedroom no headboard, inexpensive twin beds, plastic dining chairs, etc. Average furniture, very small guest shower. Over priced but location was good. It could be made to be lovely, but its it's not there yet.
