Gulfview House in Naples Bayshore Arts District

The Gulfview House on Bayshore Drive in Naples is the perfect place to relax, vacation, or bring your family to explore everything Naples has to offer. The house can accommodate up to six guests. Door open up from two bedrooms and the dining room onto the stone patio with grill and docks on the canal. The community pool is jus steps from your back door!

The house is just a few blocks from US 41 and 10 minutes to Naples Beach, 5th Avenue, and Tin City.

The house features a master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with two twins. A second bathroom is adjacent to the other bedrooms.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, electric stovetop, as well as coffee maker, toaster, and sink.

A washer and dryer are in the house available for guests next to the master bedroom.

Guests have plenty of room to relax and sit in the living room couches, or at the dining table with its six seats. The patio has a gas grill exclusive to the house with plenty of seating as well.

Guests have full access to the entire house and back patio with the exception of the garage, which is used for storage.

Guests also have shared access to the docks, large screened-in lanai, bar, lounge seating, and heated pool shared with the units at Bayshore Inn & Docks adjacent to the house. Access is directly from the back patio to the rest of the property.

Pets are allowed with an additional pet fee of $75. Pets are not allowed in the pool, must be on leash, and well behaved.

No Smoking in the Room is allowed and a $250 added cleaning refresh charge and damages applies if there is evidence that smoking inside has occurred.
