Beautifully renovated 2 bed/2 bath condo (rented by the same family for the past 3 years) has just become available due to long-term renters’ illness.

Welcome to High Point! This 3rd floor condo (20 feet from the elevator) is newly renovated with roughly 1,050 square feet. 90-day minimum rental. Prior tenant is happy to give a reference to the type of landlords that we are.

Condo is currently set up with King beds in both bedrooms, but the guest room can be reconfigured with 2 twin beds if you prefer. The building is a 55+, no pets, no smoking building that is extremely friendly, yet quiet.

Property amenities include an executive 9 hole golf course, pro shop, six swimming pools, 2 dedicated tennis courts, 4 newly resurfaced/fenced pickleball courts, fitness center, and a clubhouse with library, activities, dance floor, and a seasonal restaurant.

Our unit has an assigned covered parking space plus countless guest parking spaces. We have a 2-year old, in-unit washer and dryer as well as a brand new refrigerator in the kitchen.
