Great place! The extras (bikes, games, soaps, coffee) were all a bonus that we weren’t expecting. Quick bike ride to the beach! We will definitely be back!

Very nice as described. Very convenient location with 3 adult bikes to access beach. Quiet neighborhood. Everything was clean and looked as listed we hope to stay there again next year.

The house was nice, the pool was perfect and overall we had a good experience, with the exception of our first night. We checked into the home around 630p and it was 80 degrees inside and remained that temperature until 5am the next morning. It was a hot and uncomfortable night. I made the host aware and there was an initial lack of urgency to correct the issue, other than informing me that the previous tenants left the doors open, which made the home warm and unfortunately due to an old AC, the home would take a while to come down in temperature. He did inform me that there were fans throughout the home (which we definitely used), but this led me to believe that this was not the first time to occur. The home took a couple of days to reach a cold temperature, but we spent a lot of time at the baseball fields and the beach!

Great house and conveniently located.

Pictures don’t do it justice

House was beautiful and came with every possible thing you could need for a comfortable stay. Every store and restaurant near by. House is a great location to beach in a very nice neighborhood. House manager was very quick to reply to questions.

Our perfect less-than-perfect getaway!

I planned a great five day getaway for hubby and I - sightseeing, boat tours, fresh seafood, etc. Only for one of us to get a slight MS flare up upon arrival BUT it did not matter because I picked the best house and we still had a great time. Minimal stairs (one small step to patio) was easy peasy. Walk-in shower made getting cleaned up safe at end of day. Since we did not do as much sightseeing as we hoped, we did hang out at the pool a little more than expected (oh darn, lol). Loved all the various seating outside so we could either enjoy or avoid the sun throughout the day! And the outside landscaping is so nicely done
I just thoroughly enjoyed each seating area. The pool itself was clean and because the weather has been so warm, the water was walk-in warm (which is great for me)! Loved the ample supply of cute beach towels available! So, not as much sightseeing as expected but we will remember lazy mornings drinking coffee on the patio, watching for little lizards. And even lazier evenings with carry out dinner and night swimming. And those are the moments that really matter!

When we arrived the house had not been cleaned, the host was responsive however we lost a few hours of precious time. The outside of the house was great, inside was not. Double bed was not comfortable. There were no sheets on the bunk beds.

Nice getaway

Short trip to Naples. Home a nice corner lot with open floor plan. Nice pool and BBQ area. Very close to beach which is a plus. If I had to give a con it would be we had a couple of uninvited bugs in the masters but honestly besides that it was great. Would recommend to friends.

Clean, good location and nice pool

Pros: Very nice property, close to the beach. Clean, comfy beds and nice pool. Cons: after booking notice of an expensive daily fee for pool heat, 4 bath towels provided for 5 people over 5 days, no pool towels, beach cruisers in bad disrepair (chain that fell off continually - don't offer amenities if they aren't in working order), only 2 tabs of dish soap (I couldn't start dishes before we left) & 2 hand towels for the kitchen, no kitchen garbage bags provided. All in all a pretty house with good beds and great outdoor space, but could have used more thought in stocking the home for a family of five over the holiday.
