Heated pool down the street! This home is set up for your vacation. Kayaks, tennis racquets, pickle ball paddles and balls, Sleeps 6 but air mattresses can be brought in. 2 car garage, 3 bed, 2 bath. Great pond off the back with waterfall. Huge porch and a nice back yard. Very quiet and close to the beach and canal. Ride through the greenway to Baker Park, 5th Ave, 3Rd street and the pier. Centrally located in a terrific neighborhood with very little traffic. About 4 miles to Lowdermilk Park. Plenty of room for the whole family. 2 TV's with FUBU and Netflix. Close to the beach!
