Nice stay - reasonably priced

Nice size room. Clean. Friendly staff upon check-in, not so much on check-out. Could use better room amenities. Never gave us new bar of soap. Extra box of tissues would be nice. !All-in-all, nice stay.

Too Much for too Little

Overall, the hotel was okay. The room was decent and the bathroom was nice. However, the lack of ANY USB outlets or even accessible 110/120 volt outlets near the bed in this day and age was an inconvenience I wouldn’t have expected at this price point. They could easily replace the bedside lamps with newer ones that have integrated charging outlets. Also the absence of any complimentary breakfast at this price point was surprising. Next time was want to spend a weekend in the area we’ll look for something else.

Overall it is a lovely property. the main issue was there was a very strong odor of mustiness and/or mold in the room, as if the airconditioner filters had not been cleaned. Fortunately the widows opened so the room could be aired out.

This is a great location. It has a nice pool and Caribbean style restaurant overlooking the lake. Situated next to the Promenade which has several restaurants and upscale shopping.

Next to a great shopping / dining area. Bar & restaurant in hotel good too. It’s a great spot but the rooms need a total overhaul but bathrooms have been updated and are good. Think the ventilation has a mold issue. Both my husband and I had breathing/ coughing issues every night when in room. Fine during day when went out. A shame because it could be great.
