The suit we were in was very spacious. We were on 3rd floor corner. Unfortunately it was a high traffic corner so a noticable level of street noise and a Friday and Saturday night. Roof Top restaurant was very good.

- Staff excellent, attentive, and welcoming - Room and hotel very clean, albeit some small inconveniences (i.e. bath plug was not lifting, glazed bathroom door not very private or soundproof and without a functioning lock) - Roof terrace is pleasant with a good atmosphere - Breakfast was delicious and varied - Easy access to main train station/hub, though area around the hotel is dirty, noisy, and often with shady-looking characters - Short walk to historical center of Naples and many decent pizzerias Overall, would recommend for the convenience and quality of the hotel.

The room was spacious and well appointed with the view on the square. The area is noisy, but the windows were pretty well soundproof. Wonderful rooftop restaurant with both indoor and outdoor sitting. Staff was nice and helpful. Overall would definitely stay again.

A very nice hotel set in a beautifully converted old building. Modern, clean with a rooftop restaurant area and large internal dining space. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room facilities were great as was the generous sized bathroom. The only downside was the location - very convenient for the central station but not the cleanest nor attractive area and some walk from the historical centre or port area.

The hotel is close to the train stations, ideal for visiting Pompei which is why we close it. The room was clean and very spacious with a great view over the square in front of the hotel. The bed was comfortable and we had a good nights sleep due to triple glazed windows blocking the noise from the square. The public spaces were a little rundown with stained carpets in the corridors. Every one at the hotel was cheerful and helpful. We ate at the rooftop restaurant on the second night as we didn't feel safe in the streets around there in the evenings. The food and service was superb and I'm glad we tried it.

It was disappointing that we were charged for the water in our room, as we thought it was free. The hotel only provides paper cups and when we requested two glasses, we were told it would be 10€ a night. As the glasses would need to be delivered by room service. This was unbelievably as it seemed a reasonable request. And never have we been charged in any hotel to use a glass! The reception team were brilliant and really helpful with for example train information.

We arrived at the hotel at midnight and were immediately told there was no room available, despite having confirmed our late arrival with the hotel earlier that afternoon on the 23rd. They claimed they couldn't find our reservation in their system. Without our consent, they arranged for us to stay at another hotel nearby, which is located in an unsafe neighborhood. When we arrived at the new hotel around 2:00 a.m., we were given the smallest room, and our stay was completely unacceptable. We did not sleep at all that night. We paid $471 CAD for a booking at Hotel Una, but instead, we were redirected to a hotel that was far from acceptable. Additionally, we spent two hours struggling to find transportation. This experience was unacceptable and demands an appropriate resolution.

Excellent and friendly staff. The breakfast offers variety of choices! Awesome restaurant and roof top bar! Good choice for foreign solo travelers- however its a walk going to the city center. I was not able to check their gym and other amenities. The most thing I like is that staff are friendly and speak English.

Poor service

The service was terrible. We had been traveling all day and night and arrived at 08:00am. I had sent a previous request to check-in early. I totally understand that it is based on availability. The receptionist stated when we arrived that the hotel was sold out the prior evening. I know this to be truly false as I checked the night before and every class of room was available. She stated very rudely that check-in was at 14:00. I told her that I understood that. I asked twice if she could let us know if the room would be ready prior to 14:00, even at 12:00 or 13:00. She rudely said both times that it will only be ready exactly at 14:00 and to not ask again. Not an adequate response from a 4 star hotel. Additionally the AC was not working in the room. After calling two times, someone finally “switched” something from the reception for it to work. This was however at 03:00 in the morning. I would never recommend this hotel. The rooftop restaurant is nice, so go there for a drink or food but don’t stay at the hotel
