Excellent location, clean, efficient staff. Tiny bathroom. The listing says it has a gym but it’s really just 2 exercise bikes and a cross trainer in a corner on the 6th floor. Not a gym in any sense. Apart from that, a good hotel to discover Nara from

I like the hotel location. The room is clean but it needs some update in term of new lighting, and new carpet. The room looks old and has unpleasant smell.

The room was large and comfortable .the Nespresso pods every day were a nice touch along with free coffee in the lobby every morning. Bath house was relaxing and the easy access to the station made this a wonderful stay.The only down side was the lack of laundry facilities for guests as we were told that the laundry room was "under construction". That said , this hotel was excellent value for money in a really convenient location .

A 3-Star hotel with a great location
This is not a 4-star hotel. I would rate it as 3 stars. It is rather aged and offers limited amenities. On the positive, it has a great location right next to the train station. You can catch a local bus right outside to take you to the major sightseeing locations. There are also 3-4 restaurants at the building where the hotel is located

The staff were friendly, competent and eager to help, even by Japanese standards. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and at home. I would gladly stay there again.
