On the first floor of a nice three level residence with elevator, nice 3-rooms apartment, balcony southwest facing. The residence offers all the necessary comfort for a successful holiday: electric gate, parking space, swimming pool, 400 m from the town and 200 m from shops. The apartment is non-smoking and can accommodate up to 5 people. Pets are not allowed.
Living room with sofa bed (130x190), TV with French channels, fully equipped kitchen with hotplates, oven, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower, separate toilets.
2 rooms with 2 simple beds (90x190). Large terrace with garden furniture and 2 deckchairs.
