Old school room, with a TV that had no english channels which was inconvenient especially for an "international" hotel. I had the twin superior room and it wasn'ttoo bad. The food was average. Seven 11 downstairs is great. Gym is not too bad but enough equiptment in there to get a good pump.. Jacuzzi was out of service.. about 1100yen for a taxi to Narita township.

The room was very dusty. I do not think that they have good customer service as a focus. The older lady who coordinated the buses in the front was very nervous and overly stressed. she was not very customer focused at all. Not very centrally located.

Clean and comfortable room. Ours was a Superior Twin Room. I was pleasantly surprised to find that our room overlooked a community garden or farmland. The buffet breakfast was nice. We have been to Japan many times. This is the only hotel buffet breakfast that offers customers the chance to put together their own Tonkotsu Ramen! And it was delicious. You can add sesame and/or shallots to it. The hotel even provides a timer for you to time the cooking time! And having the complimentary bus from Narita Airport to the hotel and from the hotel to Narita Station is very handy.
