Property was as advertised. Great place. Location is phenomenal. Basically walking distance from Vandy, Music Row, The Gulch and an easy Uber from downtown. The hosts were great, very responsive and took care to check in with us and make sure everything was great. Highly recommended.

Fun multi story bachelor pad for big groups. Super close to Nashville and the fetti group sprinter rides was the way to go for our 14 people. Walked to the gulch a few times too. Would definitely stay here again.

Great townhouses

The location of these houses was safe and with easy access to locations around the city. We took Ubers and pick up was always fast. The homes were clean and bright, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The downstairs bedroom in each unit would be better for kids. It only has a half bath, so whoever uses that room will have to shower in one of the bathrooms attached to the bedrooms on the third floor. The upstairs bedrooms are gorgeous with spacious closets and lovely attached bathrooms. Owners were kind and accommodating.

Great Place!

We really liked this property to use as a place to stay while my lab members and I were attending an academic conference! The place was clean, was in a really nice neighborhood, and was east to get in and out of. The group requires you to send proof of identification pictures, but outside of that everything was normal and was very easy to set up. We also appreciated that there was clean dishes and pans for us to make dinner one night. Great place!

Excellent Home in The Gulch

Stayed here for a work retreat and we had a great time! Fantastic location in The Gulch, walking distance to downtown. The home itself is very clean, modern, and well decorated. The kitchen is well stocked and all the bedrooms were comfortable. The communication from the owners was fantastic and we could not have asked for more! Truly enjoyed our stay here!

Place was awesome! We loved the rooftop!

Property was great and perfect for our group! We rented both sides. One side wasn't as clean so they sent someone over to clean again immediately. Great communication with them! A really great experience!

Great location and space to hang out

This location is amazing - an easy walk to the gulch, music row and even broadway (if you’re up for a longer walk). The property has a great layout for hanging out in the kitchen or on the top deck. Note that while technically each unit sleeps 10, its more comfortable for 8 adults (i.e. the room with two doubles is tight with 4 adults. Also note there are only two showers per unit but plenty of hot water. There is also plenty of parking and a garage. Only complaint is cleanliness and lack of basic cleaning supplies (broom, vacuum). While the units are tidy, the floors needed mopping and the areas were dusty. Owners were very responsive when we had a smoke detector beeping. All in all a great place if you’re enjoying all Nashville has to offer.
