A: We have optional private parking spots available in our garage for $20/day per vehicle.

Q: Do I need to bring towels, a hair dryer, or linens?
A: Nope! We provide all these things. We also provide you with a starter pack of toilet papers, individually wrapped toothbrushes, individual toothpastes. 

Q: When can I check in or check out?
A: Check in is 4pm and check out is 11am. Early check-ins can be difficult if there are guests who checked out same day. We ask for an early check-in, or a late-check out fee, if you request either.

Q: Can I come and go as I please?
A: Yes. And we wouldn't trust any listing with which this isn't the case.

Q: Is the place professionally cleaned between guests?
A: Yes, and we take pride in providing a clean home for guests.

Q: What's my total booking price?
A: We honestly have no idea. With fees included, it only shows the guest how much they pay. This figure should be present after you enter your dates. Note that pricing varies on a daily basis, and it actually uses an algorithm to adjust it automatically.

Very welcoming, super communicative, you could tell that the host put a lot of thought and effort into making it a comfortable stay with all the little extras. Kitchen stocked plenty for cooking, plenty of towels, even put out toothbrush and toothpaste for us.

The apartment was spacious and well appointed, with comfortable beds. However, the wifi was a problem our entire stay - 10 days. While management was responsive, they are remote and were never able to get a response from maintenance. The television was hardwired to the router, so at least that worked. We had to go elsewhere to take meetings which was inconvenient. On the surface, the place was clean, until we dropped the remote through the couch cushions and saw what was underneath. Crackers, candy, qtips, a toothbrush and hair extensions.

Convenient location in West End

The apartment was clean and as advertised, with two king beds. The couch in the living room could be a comfortable third bed as well. Kitchen and bathroom had everything you might expect. We ended up paying extra for parking in the basement garage since one of the days we were there was a weekday. We were given a code to open the gate. Instead it may have been broken because it was wide open the whole time. There are several restaurants within walking distance, and it is close to centennial park and Vanderbilt's campus. The area felt safe to us, at least for walking around between 8am and 10pm. We were able to check out several places and farmers markets down Charlotte ave and head into downtown easily from this location.

Extended weekend stay with family

We had a very nice stay at this property during my daughter’s swim meet. The location was absolutely perfect for what we needed, and having parking available onsite and a dryer was fantastic! We stayed on the top floor and had almost no noise at all, which was critical for us! The kitchen had everything we needed and more, and the toothbrush and toothpaste was a nice touch in the bathrooms. The location was in walking distance to some nice restaurant options, but you do need a car/ride to get to a grocery store, but it’s not far. Communication with the host was easy & prompt. The only thing I’ll comment on is that the apartment needs a deep clean and some work/minor repairs. It was not anything that detracted from my overall stay however.
