The staff were awesome very kind, good check in and check out process. Very quiet which was much appreciated. I was in a smoking room and im not sure if those are the cosmetically worse. The room was clean but worn down, need to replace lamp fixtures and paint and putty bathroom door and wall above the closet area. Alot of black spots under sheets, Toilet stopped working Saturday evening sometime.

The room was amazing despite some cosmetic issues like the bathroom door being slightly broken and screwed together. The bed was comfortable and the staff was amazing and very pleasant to talk too.

This is my go-to when I'm in Nashville

Every time I say this hotel I have an enjoyable visit. I come to Nashville a lot and I always stay there. I've never had a bad stay. The staff is very friendly and very attentive. The location is really great as well.
